Description
The spacious holiday flat offers 98 m² of space for up to 6 people + 2 small children. The holiday flat is furnished to a very high standard and places particular emphasis on families with children. Wifi is available free of charge in the flat and on the entire grounds.
The flat is divided into 2 levels. In the basement is the large living room with dining area, sofa bed with proper slatted frames + cold foam mattresses (1.60 m wide), satellite TV (Smart TV with Internet), games, books and DVDs. From the light-flooded living room you can reach the balcony. Here you have a great view over the natural peninsula to the Baltic Sea. The balcony has a seating area with table and 2 folding high-back chairs for relaxing. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets from the balcony.
In the basement you will also find the smaller bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, window and all cooking utensils is also located in the basement.
A staircase secured with a child safety gate leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms with double bed, wardrobes and 1 cot each. The larger bathroom with bathtub with integrated shower, changing mat, WC, washbasin and hairdryer is also on the upper floor. From the bathroom and one bedroom you have a great view over the island to the Baltic Sea.
On the property you will find a sauna, washing machine + dryer for a fee, a large wooden playground, barbecue and seating facilities, underground parking with its own parking space and bicycle storage, fish cleaning room and table tennis room. There is a bread service on site and a bakery van stops at the property 3 times a week.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is surrounded by strawberry fields, a golf course and a bird sanctuary. It is located on a small peninsula between Wismar and Boltenhagen. To the north, east and west, you can reach the Baltic Sea in 800 metres. You can decide for yourself whether you want to go to the natural beach, the steep coast or the well-kept beach with beach chair rental. The harbour with its Italian restaurant is also within walking distance (800 m). Next door is the popular Hohen Wieschendorf golf course.
In the immediate vicinity are great cycling and hiking trails along the Baltic Sea, cliffs and through nature and bird sanctuaries. Enjoy fantastic views over the sea.
The fantastic location between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen offer you countless leisure opportunities. You can go surfing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, shopping, boating, swimming, cycling, hiking and much more. The Wonnemar leisure pool with sauna area in Wismar, the zoo or the Pirate Open Air Theatre in Grevesmühlen are fun for the whole family. Wismar with its historic old town and harbour or the state capital Schwerin with its fairytale castle can be reached quickly by car. A trip to the island of Poel, Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Warenmünde or Rostock is also not far away.

Vacation with Grandchildren
We were in the Easter holidays with 3 grandchildren in the apartment and felt very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, both in the apartment and in the facility (playground, table tennis, a sauna, which we unfortunately only looked at due to lack of time). It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the shops, and about half an hour to Wismar (to Wonnemar). Directly from the facility, you can take two nice walks around the peninsula. We had very nice support from Ms. Moritz upon arrival on site, and she was always available by phone for questions.

Beschwerde
Dear Sir or Madam, when we arrived at the apartment, it was cold. We turned on the radiators and went on a trip to Wismar. Upon our return around 6:30 pm, we noticed that only two radiators were getting warm. We then contacted the caretaker. He did not want to take immediate action but promised to come the next day. After another call the next day, he showed up and bled the radiator. It took about another day until the completely cooled down apartment warmed up somewhat. I would be happy to hear from you.
Recommendation: possibly turn on the heating two days before renting in winter! ! !
