Description
Our house in Neddesitz (municipality of Sagard) has a total living space of 220 sqm and is suitable for a maximum of 12 people (2 rooms with double bed, 4 rooms with 2 single beds each, cosy sitting area). Each room has a separate bathroom with shower and WC
On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms with a shared kitchen, living area and adjoining common room.
The 4 double rooms on the upper floor each have their own balcony.
In the kitchen-living room there is a large massive dining table for twelve people, which can also be extended.
For our little guests we have a travel cot, a high chair and a children's play corner
In the common room there is a cosy sofa, a TV with satellite connection and access to the orchard.
Our large garden attracts with old fruit trees and a raised bed - herb garden. Everything invites you to barbecue.
A covered barbecue area with grill and garden furniture is available.
The table tennis table provides fun and games.
It is a non-smoking house. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Wifi connection is provided free of charge. We have reserved three parking spaces directly at the house for our guests
Per pers., per night 40 €+ deposit 200 € + final cleaning 180 €; dogs by arrangement 10 € per animal, per night; bed linen and towels can be brought along or can be booked for an extra charge.
The house is always rented out completely. Renting from min. 6 persons.

Beautiful holiday home for rent near the beach with a large garden.
We were in a large family group there for a few days and found the house simply great. Plenty of space for everyone and excellently furnished. We lacked nothing. The surroundings can be easily explored from there without long distances. We will definitely come back. The contact with the landlord was very relaxed. Thank you for the relaxing days.

Very nice holiday home
The holiday home has been extensively renovated by its owners. The furnishings are practical and invite you to stay. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is functional, only a microwave is missing. There are three free parking spaces directly in front of the house, with further parking options available approximately 150 meters away. The contact with the landlord was very friendly.

Such an idyll!
We spent a long weekend here with a group of 7 people and it was simply fantastic. The house and the garden have everything you could wish for. The interior and equipment are lovingly and meticulously designed. The host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, and the communication was always a pleasure.
From here, you can reach many beautiful places, but you can also simply enjoy the house and nature. The house is equipped in such a way that you can also have a great time with much larger groups, and it offers a cozy and at the same time bright place with a lot of privacy.
We definitely want to come back and hope that it works out. Thank you so much!

Wonderful holiday home
We spent our extended family weekend with 12 people 5 generations from 2 to 80 years in this beautiful house. It has a special charm because it is furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to detail.
We especially liked the equipment of each room with its own bathroom and the light-flooded large living/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
The landlady is super nice and the handling uncomplicated
We would love to come back!
