The approx. 120 sqm holiday home was newly built in 2005/2006. It is suitable for 6-8 persons, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC, a guest bathroom with WC and washbasin, as well as a living room with Sat/TV and a large dining table with an open fitted kitchen. The bedrooms are each equipped with 2 beds, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and comfort spring mattresses with zone slatted frame. One bedroom (upper floor) has satellite TV and a game table with 4 chairs. In addition, a utility room, a terrace and two parking spaces at the house await you.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home "Lena" is located between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and Rerik, on the Baltic Sea road close to the coast, in a new holiday home area in Boiensdorf. The Salzhaff has a wide and shallow bathing area where families with small children in particular can play and swim frolicsomely. The lagoon also invites you to go surfing. The rural coastal region is a great place for hiking and cycling. Thanks to favourable transport connections, you can also get to Wismar, Lübeck or Rostock, as well as Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan quickly
Boiensdorf is located in the coastal region between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Schliemann town of Neubukow and the Baltic resort of Rerik. On the narrow sandy beach of the Salzhaff, steep shore sections alternate with lagoon-like shallow water areas. The average water depth is 2.3 m. The extensive shallow marginal areas take up at least half of the lagoon and promise carefree bathing pleasure especially for families with small children. The lagoon is a popular spot for surfers and kiters.

| If there are only four of you, you can rent the lower floor in the holiday home and then pay only €85.00 per night in the high season. We charge an energy flat rate of 35,00€/per week. The flat rate includes electricity, gas and water. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Beautiful, cozy holiday home
All children, grandchildren and grandparents have felt very comfortable here, beautiful view from the living room onto the Baltic Sea, cozy sofa for watching TV in the evening, nice landlords, beautiful quiet environment (no car stress like in Rerik). Have already booked again for next year. Rosita

We had a nice weekend
Based on the pictures on the web, we originally had doubts, but rented the house because we wanted to spend a weekend at the Baltic Sea with our friends and our dogs. We have never regretted it. Everything was perfect. If we are allowed to, we will definitely come again. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

Super Objekt
We were there with a children's and youth group for 14 days, with a total of 8 people. Sufficient space even for one or two more people. The landlords are very friendly and concerned about our well-being. Centrally located and ideal for excursions. The equipment provides everything you need. Only half a star less for the lack of a DVD player for rainy days and a freezer.

Dog-friendly, spacious accommodation
The house is very spacious. Excursions can be made to many nearby places (Poel, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Wismar), there are beautiful beaches. Our 2 dogs traveled with us free of charge. The equipment could be better, those used to well-managed holiday accommodations will have to make compromises here. Nevertheless, we can recommend the house for a vacation.
