The approx. 120 sqm holiday home was newly built in 2005/2006 and is suitable for 6-8 people, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/WC, a guest bathroom with WC and washbasin, as well as a living room with Sat/TV and a large dining table with an open fitted kitchen.
The bedrooms are each equipped with 2 beds, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and comfort spring mattresses with zone slatted frame. One bedroom (upper floor) has satellite TV and a game table with 4 chairs. In addition, a utility room, a terrace and two parking spaces at the house await you.

Location and surroundings of object
Boiensdorf is located in the coastal region between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (UNESCO World Heritage), the Schliemann town of Neubukow and the Baltic resort of Rerik. On the narrow sandy beach of the Salzhaff, steep shore sections alternate with lagoon-like shallow water areas. The average water depth is 2.3 m. The extensive shallow marginal areas take up at least half of the lagoon and promise carefree bathing pleasure especially for families with small children. The lagoon is a popular spot for surfers and kiters.
Our holiday home "Max" is located between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and Rerik, on the Baltic Sea Road close to the coast, in a new holiday home area in Boiensdorf.
The Salzhaff has a wide and shallow bathing area where families with small children in particular can play and swim frolicsomely. The lagoon also invites you to go surfing. The rural coastal region is a great place for hiking and cycling. Thanks to favourable transport connections, you can also quickly reach Wismar, Lübeck or Rostock, as well as Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan

House for relaxation.
We spent 16 days in the holiday home Max with 3 adults, 4 children + 1 dog and we didn't miss anything so far. Except maybe to install insect screens on the windows.
The landlady was very friendly, although we arrived very early, the house was quickly cleaned and handed over to us two hours earlier than planned. Even when we decided at short notice to stay an extra day, it was no problem. The house itself is quiet, although there are other holiday homes around. This allows the children to play on the street without worries.
The only drawback is that shopping has to be done by car, but otherwise, you can relax and feel comfortable here.
We would love to come back.

Toller Urlaub, tolle Lage
Zuerst einmal muss ich sagen, das Herr und Frau Dally ganz ganz tolle und liebe Menschen sind.
Sie waren für uns immer erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten, -ganz gleich ob es vor, in oder nach dem Urlaub war.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man sieht und riecht das Meer, und fühlt sich direkt Willkommen.
Ein sehr sauberes Haus begegnete uns bei der Ankunft und hat mit seinem Zimmer grosszügige und wirklich gute Aufteilungen.
Es ist wirklich für eine Großfamilie wie uns, bestens gewesen.
Mit Kindern ist dieses Ferien Domizil ein wirklich gutes Ferienhaus, in ruhiger Lage, ausreichend Spazierwegen und auch Ruhe.
Das Boiensdorfer Meer, das man bei einem schönen Spaziergang relativ schnell erreicht ist einfach nur herrlich. Kein Müll und sehr sauber der Strand.
Einen Doppel plus Punkt Stern gibt es dafür, das Familie Dally selber Hunde -Fans sind, und wir mit 4 Hunden anreisen konnten.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen und dort Urlaub machen, ich kann es jeden nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Haus könnte etwas gepflegter sein
Boiensdorf ist ein kleines Dorf an der Salzhaff. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Leider wurde in letzter Zeit viel Gras usw. angeschwemmt das es gestunken hat. Aber der Ausblick vom Garten war wunderschön. Wir haben ein paar Sonnenuntergänge genossen.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt. Duschwand schlecht zu schließen und Duschkopfstange locker. Toilettendeckel locker.
Ausstattung: Geschirrspüler/ kl. Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach) und Backofen vorhanden, sind aber nur eingesetzt und nicht befestigt. Backbleche und Rost waren sehr schmutzig. Backofen hätte auch mal eine Reinigung nötig. Backofenknöpfe wurden heiß, dass man aufpassen musste sich nicht zu verbrennen.
Wände mit Flecken, überall Spinnweben und Staub und Treppengeländer teilweise locker.
Bei Regen ist die Terassentür undicht und Innen linke Seite: Ameisennest.
Eigentlich sind 9 Betten vorhanden, aber nur 8 Stühle am Esstisch und im Aussenbereich nur für 6 Personen.
Kleiderschränke oben: 3 Bettzimmer nur 1m Schrank und ohne Kleiderstange
2 Bettzimmer Tür hängt an Schublade
unten: 2 Bettzimmer nur Regal
Wohnbereich- und Gäste WC Tür schleifen am Boden.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub jedoch sehr genossen, da wir froh waren noch etwas so kurzfristig und günstiges buchen zu können. Jedoch hätte diese Unterkunft wenn sie gepflegt wird, potential für mehr.

schönes Haus mit Blick auf das Salzhaff
Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier, mit drei Kindern.
