Description

The holiday home Seeblick 4 consists of 2 separate holiday flats. Each flat has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double couch), bathroom with shower/WC and a large living room with open kitchen (dining area and fitted kitchen). The living room couch can be pulled out and has an additional sleeping place as an extra bed. The upper flat has 2 balconies, partly lake view and partly view of the holiday home settlement. The lower flat has a terrace adjoined by a large lawn for playing. A stone barbecue and sandpit are also available.
The lower flat has a washing machine, the upper flat unfortunately does not.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a newly entstandenem cottage area with multiple, individually designed cottages. Good shopping with several supermarkets, a chemist, butcher, pharmacy, ATMs are located 10 km away in Neubukow or further away in Wismar. Bread, rolls, cakes and a small lunch menu offers the baker in Stove, about 2 km away. Here stands a windmill, where corn is still ground, from the bread is baked in a clay oven. Boiensdorf is a small, quiet town in North West Mecklenburg, between Rerik and Wismar. Boiensdorf located at Salzhaff, a leading Baltic saltwater bay with very shallow water, which is a popular surfing area. In summer, a mobile surf school gives the Boiensdorfer Bathe "lessons". From the cottage to the swimming area is around 1500 m. The Baltic Sea beaches in Rerik or on the island of Poel can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes.

Cancellation terms:

Contract cancellations or changes require written form. The cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up to 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price from the 44th to the 31st day before the start of the trip, and 80% of the rental price from the 30th day before the start of the trip. If the stay is terminated early, the renter remains obligated to pay the full rental price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

A beautiful week on the Baltic Sea.

We were able to take care of a house at the Baltic Sea relatively short notice, and this was really the only one we found available. However, this does not allow any conclusions about the quality. The apartment (the upper one) is well furnished, the kitchen was really well equipped (dishwasher!) and overall we were absolutely satisfied with the property. The bicycles provided free of charge were often and gladly used to go to the beach or to the bakery. Despite the fact that one might live in the house with 2 families, you hardly hear anything from other vacationers, not even from the neighboring houses. It is really very quiet. From the balconies, you can look out over the Salzhaff and watch the sunset in the evenings while, for example, grilling. The area is easily accessible by car and shopping facilities are easy to reach. With 6 people, it can get a bit tight in the bathroom in the morning, but it can be organized quite well. What we would have liked are screens on the windows, as we had a considerable insect infestation, especially at night (not mosquitoes or other biting insects). Nevertheless, we were really happy with the accommodation and thank you for this lovely week.

recommend for: beach holiday

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist eine sehr ruhige, da das Haus in einem Ferienhausgebiet liegt. Dadurch, dass nicht alle Grundstücke in der Umgebung bebaut sind ist es auch nicht durch andere Gäste übermäßig laut. Boiensdorf ist wirklich nur ein kleines Dorf ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand am Salzhaff ist klein und das Wasser ziemlich flach, das ist aber klein Problem und wir fanden es sehr schön dort. Zu Fuß sind es gute 20 Minuten zu laufen. Aber dank der Fahrräder ist man, wenn man möchte, ruckzuck am Ziel.

free time activities: Freizeitmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es nicht, bis auf den Strand am Salzhaff. Aber mit dem Auto kann man wunderbar die Gegend erkunden, sich Poel anschauen, eine Stadtbesichtigung in Wismar machen (ist zu empfehlen), im Nachbarort Surfen gehen, oder einen an einen der vielen Strände in der Umgebung gehen (Rerik!).

shopping facilities: Ein Bäcker ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen (in Stove), allerdings hat dieser uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Ansonsten findet man in Neubuckow (10-15 mins mit dem Auto) eigentlich alles was man braucht.
