Description
The holiday home is located on the southern edge of the holiday village of Boltenhagen, adjacent to open fields. Small children can play safely here. For older children, there is a children's playground and a football field in the holiday village.
The beach and shopping centre can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes, the centre of the village in a good 10 minutes.
The house offers comfortable living for four guests with a living/dining room, two bedrooms and 2x bath/WC. If required, another guest can stay overnight in the living room.

The holiday village was built in 1997 on the edge of the "Klützer Bach" nature reserve and consists of terraced houses with two to four units on a large plot with old trees. The holiday village is green and close to nature due to the loosened up construction method and the extensive renunciation of paving stones and asphalt.
The holiday home is furnished for 5 guests. Pine wood furniture provides a homely atmosphere. On the ground floor is the living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, the dining area and the sitting area. Windows to the east and south make the living room pleasantly bright. The dining table is ideal for up to 4 people. If there is not enough space, the table can be extended with an insert plate. For watching TV and reading, there is a convertible sofa (2 1/2-seater) and two very comfortable cantilever chairs in the sitting area. Next to the living room, there is a bathroom (shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, washing machine) and a small bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor. The second, larger bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom (washbasin, WC, dryer) is located on the upper floor, which can be reached via a convenient staircase. This bedroom also offers space for children, who can sleep there on an extra mattress or in a travel cot.

Location and surroundings of object
Boltenhagen, one of the oldest German Baltic Sea resorts, invites you to swim and sunbathe on its more than 4 km long sandy beach. The town is located on the Mecklenburg coast between Lübeck and Wismar. Both cities are very worthwhile destinations for excursions. The immediate surroundings of Boltenhagen can also be easily explored by bike. There is the 'Weiße Wiek', a holiday resort with a yacht and fishing harbour, and the small town of Klütz with Bothmer Castle, a windmill and a butterfly park. Cycle paths along the main roads as well as low-traffic side roads invite you to take relaxing tours through the beautiful landscape.
Shopping: In the nearby shopping centre there is a well-stocked supermarket (you can also get firewood here) and a discounter. In Klütz there are other discounters, a department store and a DIY shop. In the season, there is also a bakery stand in the holiday village.
