Cosy holiday home, newly built in 2016, in an idyllic location on the Großer Labussee lake. You live in the middle of greenery on the edge of the Müritz National Park. Heavenly peace, lots of nature, numerous cycling routes and walking trails await you. Swim in a different lake every day
The ideal place for the holidaymaker seeking peace and relaxation.
The holiday home is located on an 800 m² fenced recreational property with a beautiful garden. The holiday home is equipped with: Living room (sofa bed, dining set, TV, DVD player, fireplace cooker), 2 bedrooms (double bed, wardrobe, TV connection), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine). All rooms have electric heating, in the bathroom as underfloor heating. The windows are triple glazed and the house is insulated.
House and property (completely fenced) are at your sole disposal. The lake is approx. 200m away. The house has a nice furnished terrace on the south side.
Furthermore, there is a barbecue and a bicycle storage room. 2 high-quality Kalkhoff touring bikes (men's and women's) and a small rowing boat are included in the price.

The holiday home is located in a forest settlement near the village of Zwenzow.
Zwenzow, a district of the municipality of Userin, is located within a beautiful wooded and lake-rich environment directly at the Großer Labussee. The lake is part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and has a connection to many other lakes. You will find the best conditions for sunbathing, swimming, fishing and hiking on the water, by bike or on foot. Mushroom hunters will also get their money's worth.
Zwenzow, a district of the municipality of Userin, is located on the edge of the Müritz National Park. There is a small shop at the campsite, where you can also buy fresh breakfast rolls. The nearest larger shopping facilities are in Wesenberg, 5 km away. There are numerous events and other leisure activities in the immediate and wider surroundings. There is a climbing forest and boat rentals nearby (5 km). In the house you will find a folder with tips for your holiday.
Places of interest such as Neustrelitz, Neubrandenburg, Rheinsberg, Mirow, Wesenberg, Waren can be reached quickly by car and/or train. The Baltic Sea (Usedom) is about 2 hours away by car. Day trips are possible to Schwerin, Rostock, Stralsund, the island of Rügen and Berlin

Anytime again
In the middle of the forest, only a few steps to the lake, the lovingly furnished holiday home awaited us in quiet surroundings. Nothing was missing to make us feel completely at home. Everything was thought of in the furnishing. There were two terraces, so we could choose whether to lie in the sun or eat in the shade. The property was well kept and our little dog liked it very much. We were able to use the rowing boat several times thanks to the great weather.

Ideal for those seeking tranquillity !
Due to the quiet forest location, you have the opportunity to get a lot of distance from everyday life in the Seensucht holiday home. The large garden is perfect for dog owners. On clear nights, you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky on the terrace. The path to the lake is short, and the private jetty is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and lazing around. There are many places of interest in the immediate vicinity (50 km) that are worth visiting. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The only drawback from our point of view: the bedrooms are relatively small, so it gets a bit cramped when four adults occupy the room.

An all around successful holiday
If you are looking for peace and quiet and don't find it here, you will hardly find it anywhere else. The accommodation is very nice, functional and furnished with love. Nothing is missing. The outdoor area is also very spacious and contributed to our well-being. Besides, our dog also felt very comfortable.

Gladly again
In fact, everything is as described, even nicer. Comfortable, well equipped, quiet, great area. Close to the water, rowing, paddling or just sitting by the water with a glass of wine. Fantastic forests and lakes all around. The bicycles are great and also cross-country. The hosts are really nice and helpful. It's a shame that the few days were over so quickly, but great that it worked out at all.

A real insider tip!
We spent 10 wonderful days with our four-legged friend in the Seensucht holiday home. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and tidy and the landlords very nice and helpful. Practically right on the lake. Perfect starting point for many bike tours with the available bikes. Wonderful nature, ideal for a relaxing active holiday with cycling, walking, paddling, swimming, exploring. We are thrilled and have fallen in love with the great landscape!

Holiday home to feel good
The holiday home is a feel-good house with all amenities. It is modern and comfortably furnished. The good location to the lake and the existing rowing boat were ideal for us as hobby anglers. With the 2 available bicycles, we could make beautiful excursions into the surrounding area. The larger towns could easily be reached by car. For further information, you could contact the nice landlords, the Witzel family. The booking was completely uncomplicated. An all-round successful holiday.

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at the Seensucht holiday home! The house is well equipped, very clean, and modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable! The garden is just great! Whether for relaxing on the sun lounger or for the children to play and let off steam. In the national park, you can have a great time cycling or canoeing. There are many beautiful lakes for swimming. Nature lovers are in the right place here!
