A 54m² Swedish cottage with the charm of a wooden house and a lake view (thanks to its location in the front row) is looking forward to being occupied. It benefits from the service of a managed complex, the proximity of a swimming lake, and the natural wilderness of the Müritz National Park.

Expect a comfortably equipped holiday home where dishwasher, full stove, microwave, coffee machine, Tassimo, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and waffle iron are not missing! In colder seasons, the wood-burning stove creates comfort and romance. You do not need to worry about the convenient electric heating (electricity costs are included in the rental price!).

Entertainment is provided by the modern flat-screen TV. A video player with a small video library expands the program. Those who enjoy reading will find reading material. The family will be pleased with the supply of games.

In front of the furnished terrace, a small garden plot with a garden bench is at your disposal. The house includes a parking space in the general parking lot. A canoe is waiting by the house wall to be used. (Please pick up the paddle from the on-site manager.)

You will enjoy watching the fantastic moods over the lake from the living room or the terrace.

Children can play on the beautiful, versatile playground. Next door is the community sports field, which holiday village guests are allowed to use.
You will find the almost car-free paths pleasant. (Motor vehicles may use the residential area only for loading and unloading.)

The house, electrically heated, can be used at any time of year. There is no lack of mosquito screens and blackout blinds for the bedrooms.
A wood-burning stove is also available.

Linen package, baby bed, and firewood can be ordered directly from the on-site manager as long as supplies last.
