The holiday home offers you enough space to relax on a living area of approx. 65 m² on 2 floors and is suitable for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find a large, spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with a high-quality stove and flat-screen TV. This is followed by a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed, the bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen as well as access to the terrace with barbecue
On the upper floor there is a cosily furnished bedroom with 2 single beds and a view of the 500 m² garden area as well as a seating area. A storage area for bicycles or garden furniture is accessible from the outside of the holiday home. This holiday home has high-speed internet and Wi-Fi

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday centre is in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature above the Userin Lake. The well-kept small holiday complex consists of 31 cosy wooden houses in Swedish country house style. You can walk down to the lake in just a few minutes via a forest path. Some houses have a view of the lake, from others you look directly into the forest. You are only allowed to drive on the site for loading and unloading. A parking space belongs to each house. Your children can either play on the plots belonging to the houses or go to the playground with sandpit and playground equipment a few metres away. A sports field for youths and adults is available below the holiday centre.

beautiful house on the Userin Lake in a quiet location
"The cosy little cottage fully met our expectations. Functionally equipped with everything you need. For example, there was a barbecue, a small dishwasher, a parasol on the terrace, but also board games. The surroundings are very quiet... but that is not only due to the nature but also to the neighbours of the adjacent cottages. The bathing area at Userin Lake is only a few minutes' walk away. We easily found a mooring there. It is definitely worth bringing bicycles to explore the region. However, it is also possible to rent bikes on site. Apart from a small grocery shop, there is not much going on in the village. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, the resort is just right for you. We are completely satisfied!

Wir haben ein verlängertes WE verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden. das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich wenige Gehminuten vom Useriner See entfernt. Eine Empfehlung an alle, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Vielen dank.

gemütliches Häuschen in kleiner, ruhiger Ferienhausanlage
Familie Schwarz ist sehr freundlich, zufällig trafen wir sie bei der Anreise. Der Verwalter der Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Das Haus befindet sich am Rand einer kleinen, gepflegten Ferienanlage in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Anlage bietet kein Schicki-Micki und keine Bespassung, genau das Richtige um im Urlaub mal zu entspannen und den Rhytmus selbst zu bestimmen. Alles ist sehr gut in Schuss, man spürt, das ständig etwas für den Unterhalt und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste getan wird. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Das angebotene Informationsmaterial zu Aktivitäten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung ist sehr reichhaltig, die Restautantempfehlungen können wir für die 2 besuchten Restaurants ebenfalls bestätigen. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren, nur ein paar kleine Anregungen: Im Doppelbettschlafzimmer könnten die Lattenroste einen Tausch vertragen. Eine Abtrennung des oberen Schalfraumes könnte von Vorteil sein. Der Holzkohlegrill erfordert einiges an Geschick im Umgang als auch beim Reinigen. Ein Anzündkamin wäre hier angebracht. Die Terassenmöbel sind bequem, der / die Tische könnten etwas schmaler sein. Mit 5 Personen draussen am Tisch wird es dann ein bischen eng. Trotz durchmischtem Wetter haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und können dieses Ferienhaus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Gepflegt, gut eingerichtet, sehr schöne Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr schön, voll ausgestattet. Für Familien befindet sich ein Fußballplatz, Volleyballplatz, Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Viele Seen, Nationalpark usw. Insgesamt sehr schön und empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
im herzen der natur und weit ab jedes grossstadt stresses kann man im wahrsten sinne die seele baumeln lassen und den akku aufladen.
ein modern ausgestattetes und eingerichtetes ferienhaus mit genügend platz sowohl im garten als auch auf der terrasse.
lieber und netter Verwalter, der auch hilfreiche tipps geben und nette unterhaltungen entstehen lassen könnte.
wir kommen definitiv wieder um der tagtäglichen hektik zu entfliehen und in eine etwas andere welt zu fliehen
danke für die tollen tage, die viel zu schnell vorbei waren

Sehr schönes ferienhaus mit allem Drum und Dran
Ankommen und wohlfühlen - so haben wir ein verlängertes Wochenende zu viert hier verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche sogar mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler :-).
Badesee vor der Tür, Spielwiese für Federball o. ä. hinterm Haus, Kaminofen für kalte Tage - dazu die absolute Ruhe, perfekt! Hier kann man sehr gut urlauben, es gibt sehr viele Fahrrad - und Wasserwege in direkter Nähe.
Wir empfehlen das Häuschen sehr gerne weiter!
