2 floating holiday homes with the following equipment:
Holidays directly on the water - this experience is offered by the floating holiday raft. The permanently attached boat house (not mobile) has a living area of 21 m² + 21 m² sun deck. Up to 4 persons + 2 dogs have enough space for a relaxing holiday. The raft is well insulated and is heated by gas or electric heating on colder days. The terrace and the sun deck are fenced in, child and pet friendly. The bedroom has a French bed 1.40 m (width) x 2.00 m (length) and a double bunk bed 2 beds a 0.80 m (width) x 2.00 m (length). A curtain between the beds provides optimal privacy. There is enough storage space for your luggage. The solid glass windows can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens. From the living room you enter the kitchen through a firmly lockable door. This is comfortably equipped so that you can cook freely. From the kitchen you reach the toilet. A standard household toilet and a washbasin with hot and cold running water provide the necessary comfort. A sanitary raft with showers, toilet and washbasin is also available free of charge, directly at the jetty. All standard sockets on the raft are supplied with 220 V shore power. From the kitchen you can access the lower terrace, which also serves as a living room. This is roofed and the side walls can be closed completely windproof. The side walls can also be darkened so that you have optimal privacy. From the entrance of the house you can reach the large roof terrace via an external staircase. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers and enjoy the view of the lake, or use the barbecue and enjoy your food or a cool drink in the lounge with table. The lounge is covered.
The harbour can be locked at night, but is open to visitors during the day. You can park your car next to the site free of charge. A fireplace provides cosy hours in the evening. A rowing boat or a 4-person canoe is available for free use at the jetty. You can also rent a motorboat.

The pedestrian environment
You will enjoy the wonderful and quiet natural location on the outskirts of Wesenberg. In only 200 m distance you reach a beautiful bathing place, where also your four-legged friend can go into the water. A playground is about 300 m away. Biking and hiking trails to Mirow and Neustrelitz lead directly along the harbour. The centre of Wesenberg is only a 15-minute walk away. In addition to supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and small shops, you will also find an attractive range of leisure activities here. The cinema, lake fishing, museum, passenger boat service, castle and bicycle rental offer plenty of variety. As the gateway to the Müritz National Park, you can start extensive cycling and hiking tours through the nature reserve directly from Wesenberg.
Leisure and excursion destinations
Hire a motorboat directly at the harbour and sail to Neustrelitz or through the Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte. You can also reach Neutstrelitz by car in about 15 minutes. There you can go shopping, visit the Slavic Village or the zoo. Other excursion destinations within a radius of 30 km are the Müritz thermal baths, the Bollewick farmer's barn and maze or a surfing and kite school.

Der Rücktritt sollte schriftlich oder in Textform (E-Mail, Fax, SMS) gegenüber dem Veranstalter erfolgen. Ausreichend ist der Rücktritt gegenüber dem Reisevermittler. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang des Rücktritts bei dem Veranstalter oder Vermittler. 9.2. Tritt der Reisende vom Vertrag zurück oder tritt er die Reise nicht an, verliert der Reiseveranstalter den Anspruch auf den vereinbarten Reisepreis. Der Reiseveranstalter kann jedoch eine angemessene Entschädigung nach Ziffer 9.3. verlangen. Bei Reisen, die nicht in Ziffer 9.3. aufgeführt werden gilt Ziffer 9.3. Entschädigungspauschalen 9.3.1. Standard-Gebühren: - bis zum 31. Tag vor Reiseantritt 25 % - ab dem 30. Tag vor Reiseantritt 40 % - ab dem 24. Tag vor Reiseantritt 50 % - ab dem 17. Tag vor Reiseantritt 60 % - ab dem 10. Tag vor Reiseantritt 80 % - ab dem 3. Tag vor Reiseantritt 90 % bei Nichtantritt 95 % des Reisepreises 9.4. Dem Reisenden wird ausdrücklich der Nachweis gestattet, dass der Anspruch auf Entschädigung nicht entstanden oder die Entschädigung wesentlich niedriger als die angeführte Pauschale sei. 9.5. Bei Reisen, die nicht unter Ziffer 9.3. fallen, bestimmt sich die Höhe der Entschädigung nach dem Reisepreis abzüglich des Werts der vom Reiseveranstalter ersparten Aufwendungen sowie abzüglich dessen, was er durch anderweitige Verwendung der Reiseleistungen erwirbt. Der Veranstalter hat insoweit auf Verlangen des Reisenden die Höhe der Entschädigung zu begründen. 9.6. Nach dem Rücktritt des Reisenden ist der Veranstalter zur Rückerstattung des Reisepreises verpflichtet. Die Rückerstattung hat unverzüglich, auf jeden Fall aber innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung, zu erfolgen. 9.7. Abweichend von Ziffer 9.2. kann der Reiseveranstalter vor Reisebeginn keine Entschädigung verlangen, wenn am Bestimmungsort oder in dessen unmittelbarer Nähe unvermeidbare, außergewöhnliche Umstände auftreten, die die Durchführung der Pauschalreise oder die Beförderung von Personen an den Bestimmungsort erheblich beeinträchtigen. Umstände sind unvermeidbar und außergewöhnlich i.S. dieses Untertitels, wenn sie nicht der Kontrolle der Partei unterliegen, die sich hierauf beruft und sich ihre Folgen auch dann nicht hätten vermeiden lassen, wenn alle zumutbaren Vorkehrungen getroffen worden wären.

Beautiful relaxing vacation!
The houseboat is located in a quiet area. All rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. The hairdryer and microwave, as described, are not available. There were three of us and we had plenty of space. A nice property for people who simply want peace and quiet. We definitely recommend it.

Very good
Our accommodations were very nice. It was very cozy, functional, and modernly furnished. The living and sanitary facilities were very clean. For a five-star upgraded price-performance ratio, we lacked a hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. We also missed leftover spices like salt and pepper, as well as a kitchen roll. But those are small things that were missing for us. The landlords are very nice, accommodating, and caring people. The raft, the water lily, is highly recommended. Best regards, Andrea and Gerd.

A quiet idyll with the necessary comfort.
I had a wonderful time at this peaceful vacation spot. The accommodations at the Seerose were clean and I found everything I needed. This vacation raft has the best view. The TV couldn't always load the Zattoo app, but that shouldn't be a priority on vacation anyway. Anyone who loves peace and nature will definitely feel comfortable here. I can definitely recommend it.

Tolles Bootslebenfeeling
Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hausboot. Nur keine Mikrowelle vorhanden ,wurde aber auch nicht vermisst. Platz reicht für 2 Erw. und 2 Kids. Kann man getrost weiterempfehlen.
