Description
The holiday home is located in Userin, 100m from the Userinersee lake, in a quiet location.
It is suitable for 4 people with its cosy furnishings. An extra bed would be possible after arrangement.
the holiday home was built in 2005 and its modern thermal insulation ensures a pleasant climate on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are reached via a staircase. There is a safety guard to prevent children from falling down. In the upper hallway there is a small cupboard.
In the kitchen area there is a modern kitchen. You have a microwave, a cooker with oven and 4 ceramic hobs, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, a dishwasher and an automatic dishwasher.
A hoover and other cleaning equipment are available.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and WC, as well as a washing machine. The cloakroom is in the ground floor corridor.
On the outside terrace you can enjoy the garden, barbecue and relax.
The car park is next to the cottage. From the cottage you can go hiking in the national park, cycling on the endless cycle paths, go fishing or enjoy the swimming lake.

A beautiful vacation with very nice people.
We spent a wonderful time in Userin with our two children (6+8 years old) at Grit and Guido's.
Our landlords were very nice and gave us good tips for excursions, sights, and good dining.
The cottage is located in a very quiet area, well-equipped, and just a few minutes' walk from the beautifully designed and clean swimming area.
It was the perfect base for many excursions and activities for us.
In the vicinity of about. There is something for every taste within 50km: boat trips, museums, thermal baths, water sports, fishing, and endless cycling and hiking trails.
Our nine days on site were almost too few...
The area is simply perfect for nature lovers and active people who don't need a lot of hustle and bustle.
We would like to sincerely thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful time in Userin!

Pure relaxation in a quiet corner of the Mecklenburg Lake District!
We are thrilled with the holiday home, located in a quiet area! The house is equipped with everything one could need. You can relax comfortably on the terrace. For breakfast, you can order rolls from the mini-store, which is quickly reachable on foot. The bicycles could be safely stored in a garage, and the car parked directly at the holiday home. The beautiful Useriner Lake is only a few minutes from the house and has a lovely swimming area with a sandy beach. Our grandchildren 16/13 also used the sports facilities at the holiday park, with a beach volleyball court, 2 table tennis tables, as well as basketball and soccer fields.
There are plenty of bike paths in the area, Neustrelitz is 5.5 km away and other lakes are similarly distant. In Wesenberg, you can also shop on Sundays.
So, a successful vacation and very nice hosts.

Pure relaxation!
We are absolutely thrilled with the holiday home, the quiet location, and the hosts! The house is equipped with everything one could need. For cooler days, you can light the fireplace, which creates a pleasant warmth. The beautiful Useriner Lake is just a few meters away on foot. A rowing boat from the landlord is available at the lake for fishing.

Family vacation 3 generations
We, 3 boys - 8, 47, and 77 years old, had a wonderful vacation here. There are enough activities nearby for every age to pass the time. The house is about a 3-minute walk from the lake. There, you can immediately fish or swim and go for a walk. In nice weather, it is lovely to sit in the garden on the terrace, and of course, you can also grill! The landlord Guido is very nice and helpful and can tell many interesting things about the surroundings…

Vacation in Userin
So now I also have to give a review of the vacation home! We are absolutely thrilled with the vacation home, the host, and the quiet location! The house is equipped with everything you need! Just a few meters to the lake, which invites you to relax! The sunsets are absolutely amazing, and the attractions nearby are also worth recommending! The house is highly recommended all around! Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten und guter Gastronomie gegeben.
Das Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen, prima ausgestattet und nur wenige Gehminuten von der schön gestalteten und sauberen Badestelle gelegen.
Es war für uns die perfekte Basis für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.
Im Umkreis von ca. 50km gibt's für jeden Geschmack etwas, Dampferfahrten, Museen, Therme, Wassersport, Angeln und endlos Rad- und Wanderwege.
Unsere neun Tage vor Ort waren fast zu wenig...
Die Gegend ist einfach perfekt für Naturfreunde und aktive Menschen, die nicht den großen Trouble brauchen.
Wir wollen uns nochmal herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit in Userin bedanken!
Der schöne Useriner See ist nur wenige vom Haus entfernt und hat eine schöne Badestelle mit Sandstrand. Unsere Enkel 16/13 nutzten auch das Sportgelände am Ferienpark, mit Beachvolleyballplatz, 2 Tischtennisplatten, sowie Basketball- uns Fußballplatz.
Radwege in die Umgebung gibt es genügend, Neustrelitz ist 5,5km entfernt und weitere Seen in ähnlicher Entfernung. In Wesenberg kann man auch noch sonntags einkaufen.
Also, ein gelungener Urlaub und sehr nette Gastgeber.

Für jedes Alter gibt es genug Aktivitäten in der Nähe um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben.
Das Haus liegt ca. 3 Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Dort kann man sofort angeln oder auch baden und spazieren gehen.
Bei schönem Wetter sitzt es sich wunderbar im Garten auf der Terrasse und selbstverständlich kann auch gegrillt werden!
Der Vermieter Guido ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kann vieles Interessantes über die Umgebung erzählen…
Ausstattung des Hauses alles was man braucht! Bis zum See nur einge Meter lädt zum entspannen ein! Die Sonnenuntergänge der absolute Wahnsinn auch die Attraktionen in der Nähe sind empfehlenswert! Der See ist wunderschön. Ruhige, sehr erholsame Lage mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Ausflugszielen. Wir fanden es fantastisch und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für Liebhaber von großen Wäldern und einsamen Seen.
Herr Albrecht stellte uns auch sein Ruderboot zur Verfügung, so dass man auch den Useriner See zum Fischen befahren konnte.
Das Haus lässt sich sehr gut über Holzofen heizen, was in kühlen Herstnächten auch notwendig war und gleichzeitig Romantik und angenehmen Duft verbreitet.
Es gibt zahlreiche Radwege, die Städte Wesenberg und Neustrelitz sind ganz in der Nähe man kann also auch viel unternehmen.
Das Ferienhaus hat auch eine schöne Terrasse mit Grill. Wir fühlen uns immer wohl, wenn wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen und können die wunderbare Unterkunft und die reizvolle Umgebung nur empfehlen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.
Man kann sehr viel unternehmen (Radtouren, Boot fahren, Angeln) der Strand ist sehr schön, ideal für Familien mit Kindern.

Die unfassbar ruhige Lage mit der Option aktiv zu sein ist einfach traumhaft.
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Selbst für kühlere Tage gibt es einen Kamin mit dem man es wohlig warm hat.
Im Sommer lieben wir es auf der eigenen Terrasse zu sitzen und zu grillen. Man hat einfach das Gefühl absolut willkommen zu sein. Im inneren ist das Haus modern und stehts sauber.
