Description

The holiday home is located in Userin, 100m from the Userinersee lake, in a quiet location.
It is suitable for 4 people with its cosy furnishings. An extra bed would be possible after arrangement.
the holiday home was built in 2005 and its modern thermal insulation ensures a pleasant climate on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are reached via a staircase. There is a safety guard to prevent children from falling down. In the upper hallway there is a small cupboard.
In the kitchen area there is a modern kitchen. You have a microwave, a cooker with oven and 4 ceramic hobs, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, a dishwasher and an automatic dishwasher.
A hoover and other cleaning equipment are available.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror and WC, as well as a washing machine. The cloakroom is in the ground floor corridor.
On the outside terrace you can enjoy the garden, barbecue and relax.
The car park is next to the cottage. From the cottage you can go hiking in the national park, cycling on the endless cycle paths, go fishing or enjoy the swimming lake.

Pure relaxation in a quiet corner of the Mecklenburg Lake District!

We are thrilled with the holiday home, located in a quiet area! The house is equipped with everything one could need. You can relax comfortably on the terrace. For breakfast, you can order rolls from the mini-store, which is quickly reachable on foot. The bicycles could be safely stored in a garage, and the car parked directly at the holiday home. The beautiful Useriner Lake is only a few minutes from the house and has a lovely swimming area with a sandy beach. Our grandchildren 16/13 also used the sports facilities at the holiday park, with a beach volleyball court, 2 table tennis tables, as well as basketball and soccer fields.
There are plenty of bike paths in the area, Neustrelitz is 5.5 km away and other lakes are similarly distant. In Wesenberg, you can also shop on Sundays.
So, a successful vacation and very nice hosts.

Pure relaxation!

We are absolutely thrilled with the holiday home, the quiet location, and the hosts! The house is equipped with everything one could need. For cooler days, you can light the fireplace, which creates a pleasant warmth. The beautiful Useriner Lake is just a few meters away on foot. A rowing boat from the landlord is available at the lake for fishing.

Family vacation 3 generations

We, 3 boys - 8, 47, and 77 years old, had a wonderful vacation here. There are enough activities nearby for every age to pass the time. The house is about a 3-minute walk from the lake. There, you can immediately fish or swim and go for a walk. In nice weather, it is lovely to sit in the garden on the terrace, and of course, you can also grill! The landlord Guido is very nice and helpful and can tell many interesting things about the surroundings…

Vacation in Userin

So now I also have to give a review of the vacation home! We are absolutely thrilled with the vacation home, the host, and the quiet location! The house is equipped with everything you need! Just a few meters to the lake, which invites you to relax! The sunsets are absolutely amazing, and the attractions nearby are also worth recommending! The house is highly recommended all around! Idyllic, small paradise in the green with lakeside location

Super equipped, everything you need is available, rolls and daily necessities are quickly reachable on foot. Very friendly contact. The lake is beautiful. Quiet, very relaxing location with good accessibility to excursion destinations. We found it fantastic and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the lovely days!

We would love to come again.

We were with our grandson in the vacation home of the Albrecht family, we really liked it, a small place to unwind. The Albrecht family is a great landlord, very friendly, helpful but not intrusive. We will definitely come back, thanks again for the wonderful time even if the weather didn't cooperate.

All wishes fulfilled

We spent our holiday here in mid-September and had a very nice time, so nice that we immediately booked again for next September.
The house is ideally located for lovers of large forests and secluded lakes.
Mr Albrecht also put his rowing boat at our disposal so that we could also go fishing on Lake Userin.
The house can be heated very well with a wood-burning stove, which was also necessary on cool autumn nights and at the same time spreads romance and a pleasant aroma.

Again and again with pleasure

We have been booking this holiday home again and again for more than 15 years. Every year we look forward to the friendly landlords, the very well-equipped holiday home in a top location just a 5-minute walk from Lake Userin, which invites you to swim, boat and fish.
There are numerous cycle paths, and the towns of Wesenberg and Neustrelitz are nearby, so you can also do a lot
The holiday home also has a nice terrace with a barbecue. We always feel comfortable when we spend our holidays there and can only recommend the wonderful accommodation and the charming surroundings.

Idyll directly on the Userin Lake

We have been escaping the city noise for a few years now and come to this holiday home
The incredibly quiet location with the option to be active is simply fantastic

The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Even for cooler days, there is a fireplace to keep you cosy and warm

In summer we love to sit on our own terrace and barbecue. You just have the feeling of being absolutely welcome. Inside, the house is modern and always clean
