Two brand new spacious apartments, right in the lively center of Egmond aan Zee, located above the restaurant "Santiago" on Pompplein.
The apartments are almost identical to each other. You are now on the side of the apartment "Jacobus".
This comfortable 6-person apartments are located directly on Pompplein and have a beautiful view on the cozy square with many terraces and benches.
In 2 minutes from the North Sea beach. The Pompplein itself borders on the Voorstraat, the cozy shopping street of Egmond aan Zee.
Skew among the apartments is the restaurant Mats, highly recommended for food to go.
Each apartment is for max. 6 persons.

Location and surroundings of object
You have a private entrance at the back in the Trompenbergstraat. A staircase takes you to a spacious sunny terrace on the south side. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
From the terrace you come into the apartment. You will find a spacious living room with open kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator, gas stove, etc.
The living room is comfortably furnished, including 2 beautiful sofas, a large dining table. The living room has a beautiful view of the Pompplein. There is also on this floor a toilet.
On the 2nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 Einpersonenbetten. In addition, a large bathroom with shower and a 2nd toilet.
The apartment is equipped with washer and dryer.
In addition, is a wireless Internet available.
For your car you get a Parkgenemigung in the summer months.
The rent is based on the whereabouts of 4 people. If more people arrive, a surcharge per person per day will be charged. Children 0-3 years are accommodated free.
In all seasons you can spend a nice weekend or a week to relax in our cozy village. Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dunes and heath areas and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for Nature, a haven for sun worshipers! Egmond is above all a really nice village for your recovery. Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, für eine Familie mit Kindern perfekt und gerne jederzeit wieder. Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ gut und zweckmäßig. Wir waren schon einige Male dort und können Sie nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Egmond !

Unschlagbar ist die Lage!!!!! Man ist mitten im Ort und nah am Strand. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht.

Toller Urlaub, schöne Unterkunft, zentral, nahe am Strand! Alles perfekt! Man hatte vergessen, uns die bestellten Handtücher hinzulegen. Nach einem Telefonat wurden sie innerhalb von 30 Min. gebracht!
