This cozy and modernly furnished holiday apartment on the fourth floor offers a panoramic view of the sea, the beach, and the surrounding dunes thanks to its elevated location.

On arrival, the beds are made and hand, bath, as well as kitchen towels are provided.

Final cleaning and additional costs are included in the price.

The parking space directly at the house is free of charge. The apartment is barrier-free and easily accessible via elevator and staircase. EQUIPMENT

Location and surroundings of object

The comfortable vacation apartment is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee and is situated on the fourth floor of the well-kept and quiet building ''ATLANTIS''. Currently there are 6 vacation units for rent. The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade and 50 meters from the restaurants and the bus stop.

Egmond aan Zee was once developed as a fishing village, but since the beginning of the last century has been important for tourism. These aspects are still clearly visible in the streetscape. As a landmark, the lighthouse of Jan van Speijk stands unmistakable on the boulevard. On the wide beach there are cozy pavilions and opportunities for sailing and surfing
The cheese city of Alkmaar is practically around the corner, and Amsterdam is also within easy reach (possibly by train from Heiloo or Alkmaar). In addition, the "artist village" Bergen and the sea aquarium in Bergen aan zee are still within easy cycling distance.The golf course "Sluispolder" is 7 km away

Egmond is one of the most beautiful and cleanest seaside resorts on the Dutch coast and offers a complete stay 365 days a year.

Beautiful holiday apartment directly on the beach

Our time in the holiday apartment in Egmond aan Zee was simply dreamy. The accommodation is very clean, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything; we felt comfortable from the very first moment. The location is ideal: just a few minutes to the beach and the town center. A private parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles are available. A fully equipped kitchen is also there. We would like to especially mention the extremely nice and friendly hosts, Ida and Frank. Always approachable and immediately ready for needed help. A top address for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Egmond 2025

Hello everyone?
We were here for the fourth time this year.
Unfortunately, the weather was not as nice as usual.
We made the best of it and had a good rest.
We can only recommend this apartment and the two very nice landlords, Ida and Frank.
The location with sea view and the proximity to the town are unbeatable.
We are already looking forward to our next holiday here.

Very nice apartment

We were three in this beautiful large apartment. Everything was great. Even the weather played along.
Very nice landlords, everything went smoothly from the booking to the last day. Everything is very clean and well-kept. The apartment has everything you need.

Who is looking for a dream vacation is exactly right here!

The holiday apartment exceeded all expectations. The booking and key handover were uncomplicated and smooth. The host's greeting with a good bottle of white wine was a very nice gesture. The cleanliness was impeccable, the equipment perfect. The pictures on the internet already promised a lot, but the reality was even better! A luxurious holiday apartment at a fair price.

There was nothing missing (bed linen, towels, dishes, cleaning supplies), even a minimal stock of salt, sugar, coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and dishwasher tabs were available. The friendly hosts always have an open ear.

If I could give more stars, I would gladly do so. We have just booked again for 2025 and are already looking forward to the holiday. We can highly recommend the holiday apartment.

stylish apartment with sea view

Very nice apartment with all comforts. Parking right outside the house. Great view of the North Sea. We felt very comfortable here for a week. An elevator and a cellar room belonging to the apartment for bicycles are also available. We particularly liked the furnishings with classic furniture and matching pictures. So you could also spend a rainy day comfortably reading. Everything within walking distance - clear recommendation.

Fantastic spacious apartment on the boulevard

For the second time, but certainly not the last, we stayed in this lovely apartment. It is spotlessly clean, has comfortable beds, and is especially very spacious. Uncomparable to a hotel room: so much space, truly a luxury. In addition, sea view, parking next to the apartment, spacious kitchen fully equipped; it was wonderful!

Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

The holiday apartment in Egmond aan Zee is really very nice and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the apartment. Often holiday apartments lack comfortable seating options, but I have a disability and was grateful that there was no lack of it in the holiday apartment. The elevator is also helpful. Our bicycles were safely stored in the locked cellar and we didn't use the car (own parking space) during the entire vacation. From the balcony, you can see the sea and the beach, where we also spent a lot of time. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, with dunes for walking or cycling. You can also eat out as there are very good restaurants on the beach or on the boulevard. The landlords are immediately available and very helpful when there is a problem. We were absolutely thrilled and will certainly not be the last time there. Karla and Andreas.

That was a very nice holiday.

The communication with the very nice De Ruyter family worked excellently.
We called 15 minutes before our arrival, and Mr. De Ruyter was on site.
The secure parking space right by the house is very convenient and also very important. The apartment was exactly as described, very nice and comfortable.
The view from the balcony of the sea is great.
Since the balcony is on the side of the house, it is quite sheltered from the wind and is not in the sun. You can see the sunset every evening.
The location directly on the beach and also to the town center is only a few hundred meters.
We liked it so much that we booked again on-site for next year.
