From this apartment you can enjoy the beautiful view over the sea, the beach and the dune landscape towards the mountains. The apartment is located on the northwest side and is therefore protected from the southwest wind. The apartment is wonderfully cool in the summer.
The apartment is stylishly and luxuriously furnished with high quality materials and has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a dining table with four chairs
You can also spend relaxing hours in the comfortable armchair in the reading corner.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One double bedroom Boxspring 2x900/2000 and one single bedroom Boxspring 900/2000.
The bedrooms face east. Cool and quiet. This increases the quality of sleep, especially important for restful vacations.
The open kitchen is fully equipped.
TV with among others German channels (ARD,ZDF,RTL,NDR, WDR, Sat1, ARTE) and of course WLAN.
Apartment 17C has its own parking space and there is the possibility to charge your e-car about 50m away.
Your e-bikes can be charged on the first floor in a closed basement room.

The comfortable vacation apartment is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee and is situated on the fourth floor of the well-kept and quiet building ''ATLANTIS''. Currently there are 6 vacation units for rent. The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade and 50 meters from the restaurants and the bus stop.
Egmond aan Zee was once developed as a fishing village, but since the beginning of the last century has been important for tourism. These aspects are still clearly visible in the streetscape. As a landmark, the lighthouse of Jan van Speijk stands unmistakable on the boulevard. On the wide beach there are cozy pavilions and opportunities for sailing and surfing
The cheese city of Alkmaar is practically around the corner, and Amsterdam is also within easy reach (possibly by train from Heiloo or Alkmaar). In addition, the "artist village" Bergen and the sea aquarium in Bergen aan zee are still within easy cycling distance.The golf course "Sluispolder" is 7 km away
Egmond is one of the most beautiful and cleanest seaside resorts on the Dutch coast and offers a complete stay 365 days a year.

stylish apartment with sea view
Very nice apartment with all comforts. Parking right outside the house. Great view of the North Sea. We felt very comfortable here for a week. An elevator and a cellar room belonging to the apartment for bicycles are also available. We particularly liked the furnishings with classic furniture and matching pictures. So you could also spend a rainy day comfortably reading. Everything within walking distance - clear recommendation.

Fantastisch ruim appartement aan de boulevard
Voor de 2e, maar zeker niet de laatste keer, hebben wij in dit heerlijke appartement verbleven. Het is brandschoon, heerlijke bedden, en vooral heel ruim. Niet te vergelijken met een hotelkamer: zoveel ruimte, echt een luxe. Daarbij zeezicht, parkeren naast het appartement, ruime keuken van alles voorzien; het was geweldig!

Thank you for the wonderful vacation.
The holiday apartment in Egmond aan Zee is really very nice and clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the apartment. Often holiday apartments lack comfortable seating options, but I have a disability and was grateful that there was no lack of it in the holiday apartment. The elevator is also helpful. Our bicycles were safely stored in the locked cellar and we didn't use the car (own parking space) during the entire vacation. From the balcony, you can see the sea and the beach, where we also spent a lot of time. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, with dunes for walking or cycling. You can also eat out as there are very good restaurants on the beach or on the boulevard. The landlords are immediately available and very helpful when there is a problem. We were absolutely thrilled and will certainly not be the last time there. Karla and Andreas.

Schöne Wohnung, schöner Urlaub.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung ,direkt am Strand mit einem tollen Meerblick. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus und ein Keller für die Fahrräder sind auch ein großer Vorteil. Sehr nette Vermieter sorgen dafür das man sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl fühlen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Familie De Ruyter hat hervorragend funktioniert.
Wir haben 15 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft angerufen und Herr De Ruyter war dann vor Ort.
Der absperrbare Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist sehr bequem und auch sehr wichtig. Das Appartement war genau so wie beschrieben, also sehr schön und bequem.
Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist super.
Da der Balkon auf der Seite des Hauses liegt ist er recht windgeschützt und liegt nicht in der Sonne. Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man aber jeden Abend
Die Lage direkt am Strand und auch zum Ortskern sind es nur ein paar Hundert Meter.
Uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir noch vor Ort direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben.

Heerlijk appartement aan zee!
Mooi appartement aan de boulevard, vlakbij veel goede restaurants en het gezellige dorp. Je zit heerlijk op het balkon met zeezicht. Het appartement is brandschoon, mooie keuken en badkamer. Heel fijn om hier te verblijven, aanrader!

Ostern in Egmond aan Zee
Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in Egmond und Umgebung. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Egal ob Spaziergänge am Strand oder Tagesausflüge mit dem Fahrrad, die Lage ist optimal.
