This apartment is located 50m from the beach and about 75m from the cosy village centre of Egmond aan Zee, with many terraces, good and tasty restaurants. There are many and varied small shops in which you can shop wonderfully.

Egmond aan Zee is a village situated in the middle of dunes and directly by the sea. Egmond aan Zee is a paradise for sun worshippers, hikers and cyclists.
Those who have met Egmond will always return. In the former fishing village with its inviting and cosy atmosphere there is enough to do for young and old. The village invites you to stroll along the shops and terraces, along the promenade and to the lighthouse.
Even in high season, the peace and quiet of the dunes is never far away and can be enjoyed at all times
Seasons you can enjoy a day on the beach. Egmond aan Zee is known for its easily accessible beach, and is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and forms a natural part of the village.

Location and surroundings of object
The house has a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a nice open kitchen fully equipped.
There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1: has a double bed, bedroom 2: a double bed and a bunk bed, bedroom 3 is a baby room with a cot and a chest of drawers. The house also has a bathroom with a ground level shower and bath and a toilet.
You can also use both the front and the back garden and the house has a private parking space in the front garden.
And don't forget our beautiful beach cabin, which you can use free of charge during your stay. The beach cabin has sun loungers, chairs, tables, parasols, toys for the children, in short, everything to make your day at the beach as pleasant as possible!

Welcome to Beach house SEA-esta! We'd like to introduce ourselves: We are Nikki and Priscilla and live in Egmond aan Zee. Nikki has lived in Egmond all his life and I fell in love with Nikki, including the sea, the beach and the beautiful village, so the decision was made to live in Egmond. Our interest has always been great to do something with tourists and rentals and the opportunity is here. And thus we prepare with much joy for it. Our ambition is to enable the fast a beautiful vacation and where can it be better than in "our" beautiful village Egmond aan Zee!
