The apartment includes in the price heating for the winter months and in cooling for the summer months. The apartment has a floor cooling system and a dehumidifier. This cooling system is optimal for physical well-being and does not create cold drafts.
To get the maximum benefit from underfloor cooling, it is recommended to keep doors and windows closed.
Starting from the apartment, numerous excursions can be made: Tour of the lake, Verona, Mantua, Padua, Venice; or, with the new panoramic cable car in Malcesine, you can reach Monte Baldo (1800 m.)
