The holiday home Villa Bruna is only a few steps away from the shore of Lake Garda.
The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and clean and has a beautiful view of the lake
Villa Bruna offers a total of 11 apartments of different sizes
HOLIDAY APARTMENT
The apartment has a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch, small sitting area and SAT-TV, an equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, large fridge with freezer compartment and German coffee machine and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. From the living room you enjoy an unrestricted view of the lake.

** BEACH **
In front of the house you will find several beautiful beach sections with the usual stone beach at Lake Garda and crystal clear turquoise blue water.
For those who don't like the beach, there is our private bathing jetty a few metres away or a public grass area with large shady trees
** PROMENADE - CYCLE PATH - CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND **
Along the opposite lake promenade with cycle path, which is only separated from our house by the Lake Garda shore road, you will find a small public children's playground approx. 30 m away.
Bicycles can be rented on site for a small fee.
**ORTSZENTRUM**
After 150m you reach the characteristic village of Cassone with its picturesque harbour along the well-developed promenade
There is a tobacconist's and newspaper shop, which also has a mini-market where you can get fresh rolls and everything you need for breakfast in the morning. There is also a post office and several good and inexpensive restaurants and pizzerias. It is the ideal starting point for hikes or walks in the surrounding area.
** TOURISTBUS **
Along the lake promenade you can also reach Malcesine on foot (approx. 3 km away). As an alternative, there is the public tourist bus, which connects the villages of Cassone, Malcesine and Navene daily and hourly (from about 8 to about midnight, in the early and late season with somewhat limited times) for a small fee.
CASSONE
Cassone is a small enchanting town that has retained the original charm of bygone times. Situated on the Riviera degli Olivi (Olive Riviera), it is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic places on this coastline. The village has about 300 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Malcesine.
Cassone is particularly appreciated by holidaymakers who want to enjoy the original Italian way of life in a local atmosphere. There is no big hustle and bustle, but you can enjoy the good Italian cuisine in several restaurants in the town, where the locals are also often guests.
PORTS
The landmark of Cassone is the small picturesque harbour
Framed by the old tower "La Toresela" on one side and the big shady lime trees on the other side, the small colourful fishing boats lie there peacefully
In the evening you can experience fantastic sunsets here and you will surely succeed in escaping the hectic everyday life by staying under the lime trees
Directly at the harbour you can also visit the small fishing museum
"ARIL" shortest river in the world
Another eye-catcher is the small Venetian bridge over the "Aril", the shortest river in the world (175m). Also worth seeing is the church "S. Benigno e Caro" from the 18th century in the upper part of the village.

** WATER SPORTS **
If you don't just want to bask in the sun, there is an extensive range of water sports in the immediate vicinity. From windsurfing, sailing, diving to kitesurfing, you can try all water sports in renowned surfing, diving and sailing schools
** FISHING - WALKING - CYCLING **
For the more leisurely, Cassone is also perfect for fishing and the well-developed lakeside promenade offers miles of walks or bike rides in both directions
** HIKING TRAILS **
Due to its wonderful location at the foot of Monte Baldo, hiking trails and mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty start directly from Cassone, from easy walks through the unspoilt hinterland and through the olive groves above to challenging tours at higher altitudes. You can enjoy fantastic views of Lake Garda during all your activities
** TENNIS **
Above the village there is also a tennis court and a football field in a beautiful location.

Recreational vacation
So now I finally get around to reviewing our vacation. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Bruna. We had the studio apartment type 1 with a bathroom, kitchenette, and a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room is beautifully furnished, nothing is missing, and if you have a wish, you can go to Andrea, who is the soul of the house. She is friendly, helpful, always in a good mood, and always has an open ear for her guests. From the room, you have a beautiful view of the lake, which is priceless. The whole house is in a clean and good condition. The price-performance ratio is really good, and we will book this room again. We definitely recommend it.
