Great accommodation, super host!

We were guests at the accommodation from August 7 to August 18, 2024, and were completely satisfied. Even before our arrival, we communicated with Elisabetta. She was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The key handover was also completely uncomplicated and went smoothly, and we were even able to move into the apartment early in the morning. There were four of us in the apartment, and we had plenty of space both inside and in the garden. The apartment is wonderfully furnished, the garden is lovingly maintained, and you can really find peace there. Since we were there during the summer holidays and the town of Lazise was very crowded, it was even nicer to enjoy the total tranquility in the garden in the mornings and evenings. Elisabetta lives in the apartment above and is always available with advice and assistance if desired, and she is also happy to provide tips for excursions. However, if you want your peace, you won't even notice that she is there. With your warm manner, we truly felt very welcome in your home and are really grateful to have spent our vacation in your beautiful house!

Absolutely recommended, and we would definitely book this accommodation again without hesitation! ! !

Wonderful dreamlike short vacation

We booked the holiday home spontaneously a day in advance. Everything was uncomplicated, and we had already had very nice contact with the landlord beforehand. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and everything was explained and shown to us.
Cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were perfect; there were no wishes left unfulfilled. The garden is beautiful, and the pool is nearby.
We especially appreciated the folders where everything was explained and described again, including nearby excursion destinations, etc. The location is perfect, a great Italian town, and you can quickly get to Lake Garda. The morning bread delivery was a dream. Everything is highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful days and see you soon. ;)

Great family vacation

We were already here for the second time and can recommend it 100%. Both apartments C-30 and C-46 are super clean and perfectly equipped. We were there with 2 teenagers and 1 dog, and there was plenty of space; the kitchen equipment was great as well. We were also happy to have and use the washing machine :-). The pool area is wonderful and never crowded. The location of the complex is also very good; all possible towns are easily reachable. Guido is a great host, always available and approachable. We were super satisfied and will come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

How is the weather in Lazise?

Lake Garda or apartment with pool for (almost) every season

The southern Lake Garda region has a mild climate. Summers are warm and not too hot. Winters are mild with little rain. Snowfall is very rare. The months of April and May are already suitable for renting a holiday apartment or an affordable private house. In spring, it is significantly warmer than in Germany. The Easter weekend is also popular for spending holidays in an apartment with a garden in Lazise. The mild winter contributes to the growth of many different plants that are only known to us from Mediterranean regions (e.g., cypresses or cedars). Olive trees and capers are also typical for the area. The climate also offers excellent conditions for growing wine. Numerous winemakers have settled in the hinterland. A particularly well-known wine comes from Bardolino.

Explore the historic center of Lazise from your holiday apartment or residence. Or: Take a trip and experience the attractions of the surrounding area and Veneto. The Scaliger Castle (Italian: Castello Scaligero) in Malcesine, for example, is an impressive hilltop castle on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The castle is particularly well-known due to Goethe's description in his Italian Journey. Monte Baldo is a 30-kilometer-long mountain ridge between Lake Garda and the Adige River. Here you can immerse yourself in the beautiful nature of the region. Monte Baldo has no outstanding peak, but some summits (e.g., Altissimo di Nago or Punta Telegrafo) offer breathtaking views of the surroundings. The entire old town of Lazise is surrounded by a mighty and well-preserved defensive wall. It is adorned with swallowtail merlons and has three gates. Directly at the harbor, you will find an old Venetian customs house from the 14th century. This is also used for cultural events. The Romanesque church of San Nicolò from the 12th century is also located at the harbor. It served partly as accommodation and theater. The Scaliger Castle in Malcesine is a hilltop castle in the Italian municipality of the same name on the eastern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Verona.
