Description
Casale San Michele is located on the first hill of Malcesine, near Passo Campiano, a quiet area with lots of greenery and nature. It is a large rustic building recently renovated by the owner with care and precious materials to make it his second home. The farmhouse, with a splendid view of the lake, private parking and garden, is equipped with every comfort and is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday and an excellent starting point for hiking or mountain biking.
Malcesine is about 4 km away and the intermediate station of the cable car about 1 km. You enter the small garden with lawn and find yourself in an area dedicated to the entrance / living room, equipped with a sofa bed that communicates with the main living room. There we find a sofa that can accommodate an extra bed, the fireplace and a table dining room and access to a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads us to the lower floor where there is a second bathroom, the kitchen and the dining area that communicates with the outdoor garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with solid wood furniture and the house is equipped with TV and wifi. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. No drinks or food are provided. Nicht empfehlenswert!
Wir können das Haus nicht empfehlen! In der Küche war Schimmel an der Wand und in der Geschirrspülmaschine. Maschine funktionieret am Ende nicht mehr, sie war total verdreckt. Es gab keinen Gartentisch und Stühle, so dass man nicht draußen essen und sitzen konnte. Der Parkplatz ist nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Die Schränke waren vollgestellt, dadurch nicht nutzbar für eigene Kleidung etc. Der Mietpreis ist absolut unangemessen!
