Dear Sir or Madam, since we had already chosen the property in advance and only had the booking done through the travel agency, we do not believe that we can really say anything about the TUI agency. During the reservation and subsequent booking, we were always informed friendly and willingly about all our questions, and we felt well taken care of in that respect. The property itself is perfect for us, and the on-site support was excellently carried out by the landlords themselves. There was no sign of TUI.

Everything went great, the accommodation is clean and well maintained. Big praise also to the housekeeper on site - very nice, helpful, and open to all questions. Next time we will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

There was no microwave. A mosquito protection and light for reading on the terrace would have been nice. The bunk beds are in need of renovation. The cabinets were not ventilated enough. The service and helpfulness were great.
