This family house is quietly located in the summer village 't Zwin, within walking distance of the beach and the sea. The house has three bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Layout: the living room has a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table and an open kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. In front and behind the house are sunny terraces with garden furniture. There is a (free) parking space for one car. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house.

In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
