This house has a cosy living room with seating area, TV, radio and garden door to the terrace with a garden. There is an open kitchen with a 4-burner cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a Senseo coffee machine. The open staircase from the living room leads to the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a double box-spring bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor is the third bedroom furnished with a bunk bed. The modern bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and separate bath is also on the ground floor.

This beautiful, newly furnished house is located in the summer village of 't Zwin, only a few minutes walk from Cadzand-Bad and at 800 meters from the beach and the sea. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad.
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort on the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The seaside resort is known for its wide open beaches, the shark teeth found there and for sunbathers the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine a year.
New in Cadzand-Bad is the beautiful promenade leading to the new marina. The shopping promenade has recently received a nice new face. In Cadzand bath are numerous nice shops and good restaurants. Here you will find top restaurants Pure C and the new Air-Republic of the well-known chef Sergio Herman, but also very nice restaurants where you can eat well, such as tapas restaurant Just Enjoy or the luxury beach pavilions like De Piraat, Caricole, Moio Beach or De Zeemeeuw.
In the immediate vicinity are beautiful natural areas such as the Zwin and beautiful cities like Sluis in The Netherlands and Knokke or Bruges in Belgium.
Also you can on your vacation, rent a bike to see the surroundings or rent a boat with a small group to see the seals of the Westerschelde up close.

Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by mail or email). In this case, the following rules apply: From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental up to the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.

Towels (1x large and 2x small) can also be rented for € 5,00 per person.
We also rent cots (€ 15,00 bed linen included) and high chairs (€ 10,00).
You can pick up the keys of this flat at our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand.
If you arrive on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday, you can pick up the keys at our home in Sluis or at another address in Cadzand, because our office is closed then.
Arrival is normally possible from and departure before Earlier arrival is possible but we can not guarantee that the flat is cleaned then. Later departure is not possible.
