This restyled, detached holiday home is located in Kustpark Texel on the island with the same name.
There's plenty of space here: the total surface is 130 m2. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with smart TV and an open plan kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. You'll also find a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower.On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, or one with a bunk bed. All beds are single box-spring beds, either set together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup (except in case of the bunk bed).
Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for two cars at the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:
09.11.2020 to 20.12.2020 - 04.01.2021 to 14.02.2021 - 01.03.2021 to 28.03.2021 - 08.11.2021 to 26.12.2021
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Good house in a nice park. Everything well taken care of. The beds are wonderful and all slept well there. Just a pity that in this time of Corona the service package did not contain a bar of soap to wash your hands.

We spent the second time our vacation in the Kustpark Texel. It was a good stay overall. Two things very slightly annoying: Booking - it was impossible to get our house one week later WITH dog. Simply not bookable - without dog it was no problem to book. So we had to move one week earlier which allowed us to book the very same house(!) at higher cost(!). Not good. A house is either a “with dog” place or not.
Second slightly negative topic: basically all the bed sheets had some kind of greyish stains. Not dirt-like, so it wasn't disgusting. More like something in the cleaning process went wrong. Not a big deal, but for the money spent it should not be the case.

House great with children and dog perfect. Internet very good reception. Park clean, child-friendly and dog-friendly. Very good food with nice service. Top swimming pool. Simply can only be recommended.

De Koog is always top notch, just like the whole of Texel, the house leaves something to be desired.

Earlier check-in was not possible only against payment. Went to get the key around 13.30 but did not get it. House still had to be checked. In our opinion, this has certainly not been checked. Upon entering, the cheese from the previous guests was still on the cheese slicer and the top was full of flakes of dust. The whole house for cobwebs and the shower drains above and below were broken and several lamps were broken. We found this very annoying, so we made a report to which the cleaning lady said "I cleaned here myself this morning and that cheese was not on it yet". Even when the cleaning lady was gone, the house was not clean and someone else would come. Had to call reception several times before someone came. Our experience was very bad and also the staff was not very friendly

Shower very filthy. Floor toilet filthy. Staircase and handrails filthy. Took pictures. And then you charge cleaning costs in advance. Cleaned the banister and door handles myself, but that's not our idea of holiday and far from Coronaproof!!!! Then there would be a bedroom downstairs, which isn't the case either. 2 bedrooms and a loft with bunk beds upstairs. TV upstairs not working
