This restyled, detached holiday home is located in Kustpark Texel on the island with the same name.
There's plenty of space here: the total surface is 115 m2. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with smart TV and pleasant decorative fireplace, open plan kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. You'll also find a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, both furnished with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. There also is a storage room and parking space for one car.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Arrival was fine, we were kindly received. the house was good. Only we found a full dishwasher that we still had to clear out and dry.

The house is very large with a beautiful garden and terrace, unfortunately not comfortable. Only one shower on the first floor, toilet on the ground floor. Accommodation of senior citizens or small children is not recommended. Equipment overall rather poor. Bed linen was not available, but could be requested at reception. Overall rather poorly cleaned, dusty, floors dirty, siphon dirty. In the bathroom first floor and toilet ground floor not even a mirror. There is only 1 large, complete bathroom, which is not enough for 6 people. A lot of space wasted by utility rooms. No requirements for patio furniture.
