The different types of accommodations are spread over the well-stocked Texel Coast Park. There are three different free-standing variants to book. There are the country houses, chalets and modern, single-storey bungalows.
The country houses built in maritime style are in three types; the 6-pers. (NL-1796-07) and 4-pers. (NL-1796-08). These houses feature box-spring beds and are somewhat wider than the standard 6-pers. variant (NL-1796-09). You have a dishwasher and combo-microwave. Single 6 pers. houses have a cozy atmosphere (gas) or wood burning stove, in addition some have some. houses a sauna and shower on the ground floor. A small number of houses of this type has a bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor instead of two single beds. beds. Most 6-pers. country houses have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
There are also furnished two-bedroom chalets, combo-microwave and box spring beds (NL-1796-28).
Lastly, there are luxury and one-storey bungalows with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (NL-1796-29). Two of the bedrooms have box spring beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Of course the dishwasher and microwave are not lacking.
Whichever type you choose, you always have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is space for one car at each accommodation. At the chalets you park your car at central parking places near the chalets.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Despite the weather that was not so great, had a wonderful holiday on Texel. Came home soaked from our bike ride, not really able to cycle on the second day, but we laughed a lot. Wonderfully relaxed. The house could be cleaned better, but whether that is in the hands of Belvilla or the Roompot, I don't know.

Lousy. House was not ready at 3:00 pm. Cleaning service had yet to start. Finally they started at 3:15 pm and were "ready" at 3:30 pm. Of course it was not clean because that cannot be done in 15 minutes.

Arrival: friendly welcome, effecient, clear explanation. Accommodation: too small for 4 adults and 2 children. The cot does not fit in the bedroom with the bunk beds, children placed in one of the bedrooms with double beds means a very tight space. Present cupboard space completely inadequate, two shelves of 25 by 25 centimeters per adult. The storage cupboard in the other room is placed in the only possible place. If clothes hangers are hung on the side, they will rub against the wall, the wardrobe cannot be moved because the door can no longer be opened or closed.Bathroom adjacent to one of the bedrooms: No shower screen, hose of the shower head too short , to use the full jet, one must sit in the bath. Because the hose is too short, no mounting is placed higher on the wall. This bathroom gets a 4 from me.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet area. For 6 people, 1 toilet is not much. Flying hor to the bedroom windows would also be welcome. The employees at the shop (Esmee) were not always friendly. The changing rooms and the corridor to the pool were not so proper.A real windfall is that all shops and restaurants are at + -1.5km from the cottage.

The house was not clean, trash cans full, dishwasher full, plumbing not cleaned and floors very dirty. Dog showers on the grass and shower well hidden. Also old stuff from previous visitors present. So no fun entry if you want to enjoy your holiday. The next morning the house was cleaned after all. Furthermore had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful surroundings, nice park with large pool, close to the sea. Visiting Ecomare was very nice. Also wonderfully cycled and villages af tailed.

Upon arrival it was announced that we were given a different house than Belvilla had indicated. This would have been called by Belvilla on the day of arrival (11-6). This is true, but I had left my phone at home. According to Magdalena van Kustpark Texel, the reason would be that Belvilla had not taken into account the fact that we were taking a dog. This was indicated when booking in April this year and was also on the booking. At the time of the booking was the notice that the deposit should preferably be paid with a credit card. However, the deposit had to be settled with the cleaning costs and other costs. The deposit will be transferred again later.

At the reception at the park, the booking via Belvilla was not initially reflected. After someone else was picked up, it appeared that there was a _ prefix and surname Belvilla, and therefore it was not possible to trace it at all. Accommodation was fine! Beautiful detached villa with detached barn with electricity, where our 5 e-bikes could be built. Very large and well maintained lawn at the back. 2 parking spaces at the door. Beautiful villa with 2 bathrooms and dishwasher, washer and dryer. Spacious living room with 3 bedrooms. Little closet space and clothes hangers. Further fully furnished. Beautiful surroundings and lovely island for cycling and lots of entertainment opportunities. Nice villages with plenty of shops and restaurants. Cozy atmosphere.Not used the further facilities at the park. Ever been out with the bike every day.

Especially when you have 6 people verblijft.De beds were quite bad one mattress very soft (lying in a pit) and others are very hard (the veing put through) for each bed. We were 4 adults and two toddlers aged & amp; gt2 years in a 6 person bungalow! At first glance, everything was good! Negative many us the very small closets on what you do not even cabinet next may! Secondly, that the children's right on the living room is not like the other rooms in the rear area! Unfortunately the bungalow was not very suitable for children! Wires hanging out under the TV and not secured sockets! Proposal has no shelf space in the shower and in the bath! But we still had a lovely week! The environment is very beautiful and walking is all within easy reach!

Nice reception at the reception. Keep strictly on arrival at 15.00, this can be more flexible .... There were quite some people waiting. House was fine, clean and tidy. Do stains in the duvets wash once in a while? You pay € 45, - for the final cleaning. Park easy to reach and centrally located. No use of park facilities.
