The different types of accommodations are spread over the well-stocked Texel Coast Park. There are three different free-standing variants to book. There are the country houses, chalets and modern, single-storey bungalows.
The country houses built in maritime style are in three types; the 6-pers. (NL-1796-07) and 4-pers. (NL-1796-08). These houses feature box-spring beds and are somewhat wider than the standard 6-pers. variant (NL-1796-09). You have a dishwasher and combo-microwave. Single 6 pers. houses have a cozy atmosphere (gas) or wood burning stove, in addition, some 4-persian houses have a sauna and shower on the ground floor. A number of houses of this type have a bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor instead of two single beds. beds. Most 6-pers. country houses have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
There are also furnished two-bedroom chalets, combo-microwave and box spring beds (NL-1796-28).
Lastly, there are luxury and single-storey three-bedroom and two-bathroom bungalows (NL-1796-29). Two of the bedrooms have box spring beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Of course the dishwasher and microwave are not lacking.
Whichever type you choose, you always have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is space for one car at each accommodation. At the chalets you park your car at central parking places near the chalets.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

We (3 families with 6 adults and 2 children) were delighted with the size and layout of the premises, which allowed each to retreat. The size of the garden with seating was also comfortable, so we play well with the kids and still could sit relaxed in the sun.

We really enjoyed the last 5 days on Texel, partly because of the nice park where we stayed.
What a beautiful house we had, everything had been thought of. Even a washing machine and dryer and in the garden house even 2 bicycles and a child's bicycle seat. 👍 beautiful spacious garden ... nice park ... fun activities and very nice staff

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Hund im Haus 417 gewohnt. Vin ausse seeht das Haus in Ordnung aus. Ein neuen Anstrich könnte es slow down. Das Hause is gut aufgeteilt. In the first Etage is the offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Küchenausstatung ist in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit der Küche und vom Wohnzimmer könnte besser sein. Ansonsten is that Haus gemütlich wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Dafür hat auch der kleine Gaskamin gesorgt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Hunde since willkommen. Man hat vale Möglichkeiten mit dem Hund eine Pipirunde zudrehen. Wir würden immer wieder ein Haus im Küsten Park buchen.

Cottage is fine, with various amenities. Although I think that all houses in this park have a slightly different comfort level. And other furniture. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had skipped our house, no one came even after a report at the reception. Other issues that I had reported (shortage of crockery, clogged drain) were only resolved after 3 reports. I received the cost of the comfort package as compensation. Good location, fairly central on the island. And many facilities in the park, but not used everything.

Too bad we could not get the key until 15 hours while the houses were not occupied. Could check in but did not receive the key. The cottage was very cold and damp on arrival. Why not make sure it is comfortable upon arrival.

Accommodation was good. Only at the garden shed was a garden table upside down and garden chairs lay behind the house in the bushes. The area was wonderful.

environment beautiful !! but the accommodation was not clean !! While we also had to pay 50 euros (mandatory) I wonder why ?? In the kitchen were 3 damaged cups in the windowsill and in a cupboard gingerbread, crackers and a cake (from the previous occupant?) No we are better used by Roompot. Unfortunately!!!

We were greeted nicely at the reception of Roompot, after the usual paperwork check we were driving towards accommodation. The house looks attractive on a beautiful green location at the park with lots of greenery around the house. The accommodation itself looked good, but what would have been better cleaned. In the bathroom we believe something to see too much mold edges and in the corners much accumulated dirt. We were here so short days, if you want to use the kitchen in December please but an extra lamp house along because it's really donker.Ook in the living room would be more emphasis on better velichting z 'n place zijn.Voor the rest had a wonderful week on the island. We would love to go back there on coastal park Texel.

We have cleaner left the house than we arrived. But the cleaning we have lost, because we had two small dogs with. (For the dogs to pay an extra charge of 5 euros per night, so eventually cost 105 euros) very frustrating! The cottage Flashy good and spacious. Beds are fine. Bathroom is fine. Kitchen equipped.

Weekend break with friends. Could really only 16.00 in the house while it was long and wide clean and ready. Strange that you deposit by credit card to pay but that the deposit is not refunded to your credit card. Mattresses are really in need of replacement !!

Our house was not cleaned, so we still had to 3hrs sitting in front of the house until we could finally into the house. (Chewing gum stuck on the ground, everywhere dirt) .No apology or a small compensation on the part of park management. Then began on 1 morning opposite the site works and throughout last until the holiday. Beginning from 7.00 7.30am, dredging, etc. Steinrüttler the construction workers had noise protection to the ears, we do not !!! We wanted to take a vacation. Especially annoying, that the park was very little frequented when we arrived! So it would be available readily to another house, who plans in the Park actually what? Too bad! We would like to rested and sat alone outside Otherwise, the house is in the purified state beautiful, up on broken sofa! Not suitable for people with small children as the garden is open.

Cottage was good to stay. Were six adults. Enough crockery. Everything was there. Mattresses were too soft. Furniture was broken and dirty. Furthermore, only praise. Bar and restaurant not really inviting. More canteen idea. But Texel you have plenty of restaurants. Rented bikes at Stella rentals. Recommended. We will definitely book again.

The accommodation was fine. However, the bathroom was not up to our expectations. It was small and rather dated by the facilities here. It lacked a toaster (with children very important) and a thermos, so that one has had to boil the coffee in small amounts, so it does not burn on. We have but still comfortable.

Had a wonderful holiday! Just a pity that our dog could not count! (See reaction tips). Moreover, I found the mattresses of the beds not so fine they fell really bad by causing a sore rug.Maar well, the cottage was also great with all luxuries such as washing machine, dryer and dishwasher!

We have had a great midweek with our whole family is divided into two houses lying close together, so that we could undertake. Many activities jointly Especially the 4-person house offered plenty of space downstairs for, in our case, 7 adults and 2 children. All required equipment was present and "night it was nice and quiet in the well-lit park.
