Description
Our quietly situated holiday home has a living area of approx. 50 sqm.
The light-flooded living room is furnished with a couch, TV, and dining area and has an open small kitchen.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster,
kettle, and refrigerator (no oven).
It has 2 bedrooms:
In the 1st bedroom (children’s room) there is a (children’s) bunk bed (80x180 cm!), washbasin (hot/cold), and wardrobe.
In the 2nd In the bedroom there are 2 beds, each 80x190 cm. (Note: Please bring fitted sheets 100/200 and pillowcases for all 4 beds), washbasin (cold/warm) and wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin, toilet and small hand basin.
In the secluded garden there are a garden table and garden furniture on the terrace. As it faces southwest, you can enjoy the sun almost all day. There is no sunshade and one must be brought if necessary. must be brought along by yourself.
In the garden house there are 2 bicycles for adults and 1 children's bicycle, which you can use free of charge. However, these are not part of the rental contract. Only a voluntary service of the landlord.
Directly at the house there are 2 parking spaces reserved for you.
So no long distances for loading and unloading. Arrival Saturday from 3:00 p.m.
Departure Saturday by 11:00 a.m.

The rental price does NOT include the tourist tax, final cleaning (80 €), and, if applicable, the fee for dogs (31 € per dog per week). These are additional.

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is located in the small and well-maintained bungalow park HOOG KOOG, which lies to the south, about 800 m before de Koog. You can also reach the forest or beach in 10-15 minutes on foot.
In the immediate vicinity you will find riding stables, a pony farm, a subtropical leisure pool with sauna and giant slide, mini golf, tennis courts, etc. These belong to the Landal holiday complex. Within the park there is a laundry house where you can do laundry for a fee. This belongs to the administration and is not included in the rental.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed vacation, he must notify the landlord as soon as possible. However, he remains liable for the rent unless the property can be rented out to someone else during the scheduled rental period. If the agreed rental period is not fully adhered to, the full rent for the agreed timeframe must still be paid.

Great little house
Beautiful lovely little house with a big garden. We felt right at home here. 2 adults with a 7-year-old child and 2 dogs. It feels like coming home. The house was clean and everything was great. However, a few small things were missing in the kitchen for our needs. This may be different for other visitors. Outside in the garden, we would have liked a sunshade. But maybe that will come later. But overall everything is very nice and we have already booked for next year...

Perfect for us!
I spent a great week with my dog in the bungalow. The location is perfect for both humans and dogs. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very gladly again!
I spent 1 week in the lovely little house with my dog.
For us, it was perfect, almost perfectly furnished, the garden large and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, we like to walk and were in de Koog in about 15 minutes and another 10 minutes at the beach. ?️
We would love to come back.

Great little house
We are already here for the second time in this beautiful bungalow and feel very comfortable. The bungalow is quietly located and you can quickly get to the center of Koog. The landlords and the manager are also very nice, and we always like coming here. Moreover, the price-performance ratio is right. You also have your own parking space directly at the house and a beautiful garden.

A tastefully furnished little house in a top location and still very quiet. Perfect for 2 people. Very nice landlords and the manager on site is also very friendly and helpful. He organized a drying rack for us at short notice. We would definitely come back.
