Great and modern holiday home with a large garden. The beach and the centre of De Koog are just a few minutes' walk away!
The living area on the lower floor is open-plan and very inviting. You can spend cosy evenings in the comfortable sitting area with sofa, Smart TV, free WiFi and DVD player.
The open-plan kitchen also houses the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and much more!
There are 6 single beds in the three bedrooms of the holiday home. The villa is permitted for a maximum of 7 people. (The 7th person must be under 5 years old) The bathroom is also well equipped with a modern shower and bath.
The large garden with lounge set and sun loungers and the beautiful, green surroundings are a dream for children!
The lively seaside resort of De Koog is only separated from the North Sea by two rows of dunes.
It still has the atmosphere of a cosy village, but now offers plenty of variety for tourists!

And once you've fallen for the charms of this beautiful Wadden Island, you'll almost always come back. Often even several times a year, because Texel never gets boring!
