THE SMALL VILLAGE OF 800, CALLED CARNIVAL, IS AN ANCIENT HOUSE ON THE HILL, FINELY RESTORED
In our company are present in our company. FOUR UNITS, INCLUDING THE ONE CALLED THE BARN.
IN ALL OUR HOUSES HAVE BEEN PRESERVED WHERE POSSIBLE, THE OLD MATERIALS: WOODEN BEAMS, TERRACOTTA FLOORS, MASONRY WITH RUSTIC PLASTER, TRADITIONAL COLORS, ROOFING TILES AND TILED TUSCAN STYLE.
Today the small village is composed of :
- the main building and its annexes, which include 4 comfortable dwellings, in addition to the one where the owners live; each one is equipped with
kitchen and two toilets (one for the smaller one, the one called Taverna)
- the swimming pool of 80 square meters, with depths from 140 cm to 300 cm, with trampoline, on one side of the large garden
THE POOL WAS RENOVATED IN 2017.
-10 hectares, some wooded, others cultivated (vineyards and olive groves).

Location and surroundings of object
The Carnival is located on the hills above Camaiore.
The Carnival is surrounded by green forests of different types, especially olive trees.
At 500 meters you will find small grocery stores and two restaurants-country cottages.
At 4 km there is Camaiore, where you can find a medium supermarket and many shops of all kinds.
There are typical restaurants with excellent value for money.
The coast with large beaches are located about 13 km.
Other important locations :
Lucca 23 km, Pisa 39 km, Florence 100 km, 5 Terre 45 km, Cave di Marmo 40 km, Siena 120 km and many other places within a few kilometers.
For lovers of trekking on foot and by bicycle there are numerous trails starting directly from the Carnival.

WE ARE TWO BROTHER OWNERS AND ALTERNATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE ESTATE. I, ROBERTO, LIVE HERE PERMANENTLY, I'M AN ARCHITECT WHO PULLED THE MOVED FROM ROME, ENCHANTED BY THE SITE, LIVING IN A PART OF THE HOUSE. I, DIEGO, NORMALLY LIVE IN MILAN BUT, AS SOON AS I CAN, ESPECIALLY IN SUMMER, I MOVE HERE.
WE PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS AND SO WE ALSO ENSURE THE FIRST IMMEDIATE INTERVENTIONS IN CASE OF BREAKDOWNS OR OTHER. WE NO LONGER HAVE DOGS, BUT SOME NEIGHBORING CAT COMES TO BE PAMPERED, MAYBE THEY TOO IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE.
WE DO A LOT OF MOTION, WE EAT ALL THE GENUINE STUFF, WE BREATHE PURE AIR, WE DRINK THE EXCELLENT WATER FROM THE WELL AND A FEW GLASSES OF GENUINE WINE. AND THEN THE READING, DRAWING, SWIMMING, ETC ...
WE HAVE AMPLE PARKING ON THE PROPERTY 'A FEW STEPS FROM THE FOUR HOUSES. WE LIKE TO LIVE HERE BECAUSE 'PEACE REIGNS, THOSE WHO WANT CONFUSION, DANCING, BEING AMONG THE PEOPLE IN 10 / 15 MINUTES THERE IS' LIDO CAMAIORE, VIAREGGIO, PIETRASANTA, STRONG MARBLE, ETC ..... THOSE WHO LOVE EXHIBITIONS, CONCERTS, THEATRES CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN PISA, VIAREGGIO, LUCCA, PIETRASANTA, TO SPEAK ONLY OF SOME OF THE NEAREST PLACES.

Quiet, relaxing and yet a beach vacation
We spent a very relaxing holiday in "the barn". The holiday apartment is equipped with everything necessary and we had enough space for five people.
The landlords are very warm and friendly; they give good tips for excursions and restaurants.
The property has 4 holiday apartments and a large, great pool. Both young and old could swim extensively in it every day.
It takes about 20-25 minutes by car to get to the beach in Camarore. The property is somewhat secluded in the district of Pieve. The last 1.5 km are partly narrow; therefore, the holiday apartment is far away from noisy/annoying traffic.
All in all, a great vacation!
