Welcome to Villetta Borghese, your exclusive holiday home in Marina di Pietrasanta in picturesque Versilia. This charming property on 2 levels offers space for 4 + 2 guests on 150 square metres of living space with its own garden and enclosed parking space.
The ground floor is a wonderfully bright, open-plan space with a living and dining area. Adjacent to this is a large kitchen equipped with all amenities.
The staircase then leads to the first floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm wide bed, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and TV and has an adjoining spacious shower room with washbasin, bidet and toilet. A single bed can be added to the room on request.
The second bedroom is furnished with a 140cm bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A single bed can also be added here on request. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
There is a small roof terrace between the two bedrooms, which can be accessed independently from both rooms and offers a wonderful view of the green surroundings
Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in your private garden, which is equipped with a BBQ grill, ideal for cosy evenings with family and friends.
A swimming pool invites you to relax and sunbathe and the private car park ensures comfort and security.
The terrace in front of the house entrance offers additional space for outdoor relaxation and, with a large table and chairs, allows you to enjoy every meal outside.
Inside, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, while a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine (Nespresso with milk frother) gives you the opportunity to develop your culinary skills. The accommodation has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer (in each bathroom) for your comfort.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request - ideal for families with young children.
The living room is cosily furnished and has a TV and free Wi-Fi so you can always stay connected.
Long-term rentals are possible and the house is a non-smoking property.
