Description
Our inviting typical Tuscan stone house from the 17th century has been recently renovated with care and love. The well-maintained rustic decor gives the house a special flair.
On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, SAT / TV, video and DVD player, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, wood-burning oven for pizza, coffee machine for espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and various kitchen utensils and a guest toilet.
The 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 2 with single beds) upstairs are equipped with all with private shower / WC, SAT / TV, video and DVD player, mini fridge and safe.
A large outdoor area features two covered dining seats with wooden furniture and BBQ, the fenced and floodlit pool area with deck chairs, parasols, table tennis and a seating area to relax and unwind.

Location and surroundings of object
Migliano lies in the hills of Camaiore, a small town of the Versilia. Restaurants and mini markets are just 2 km away. Camaiore (10km) offers many shops, good restaurants and pizzerias. Furthermore, load the long beach promenade of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, with shops, bars, pizzerias to stroll and linger.

A welcome evening will be included in the price of the stay. We will accompany you to the typical Bernardone restaurant at Nocchi di Camaiore via Pertini to taste delicious typical Tuscan dishes (the restaurant can only be replaced in case of need with another equivalent at the discretion of the owner) The menu includes typical Tuscan dishes: appetizers a first course and a second house wine fresh water coffee. Please note any variations from the established basic menu are charged to the customer. bernardone restaurant visible here: expenses are included in the rent. except for cleaning of € 100 which will not be charged if the house is returned perfectly clean and tidy. in the area separate waste collection is carried out. In the event that waste is left in the house we should call a company to transport it to the landfill with costs from 100 to 200 euros that would be charged to you.
All charges are included in the rent except for the expenses for heating. Wood stove for free. Sheets and towels for 15 € per person payable in advance. Baby cot and highchair available.
The last 200 meters of access road are unpaved but easily passable by any car.

Beautiful house with great pool
A very nice, well-maintained stone house with comfort, clean rooms, a beautiful pool and sufficient and functional equipment
Only the location is a bit remote (only therefore 4 points), but nice and quiet

Tuscany, as one imagines it!
Much has already been mentioned in the previous reviews, and we can only confirm everything. There were four of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is typically Tuscan furnished and equipped and actually offers enough space for up to eight people, although it could get very "cozy" with full occupancy. Especially as a base for excursions in the area (Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, etc.), the place is very well suited and highly recommended. The wonderfully clean pool (without chlorine!) offers a great cooling off option after excursions or a day at the beach, but also invites you to spend the day completely "at home". Especially the children were hardly able to leave. The house is very idyllic and secluded, without making you feel cut off from the outside world (there is even a huge toy store in the immediate vicinity...). Only due to its very secluded (forest) location, many "guests from nature" (ants, lizards, etc.) also find their way to, sometimes even into the house. But that's just nature... ;-) Signora and Signor Bertacchi are very warm and friendly landlords who welcomed us very warmly (with champagne and Italian sweets) and were always there with help and advice when we needed them. We were also allowed to eat in the beautiful and good restaurant Bernadone together with the Bertacchis. Very delicious! Thanks again for the great vacation and the wonderful time near Camaiore! :-)

tolles Ambiente, rundum gelungen
Ein tolles Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Für Familien mit Kindern ebenso klasse wie für Paare, die eine romantische Zeit verbringen möchten.
Rund 25 min bis nach Lucca in die Stadt. Ausflüge in die Umgebung, an den Strand, oder auch nach Pisa sind problemlos möglich.
Das Haus lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Pizzaofen; Grill, sowie ein schöner Pool runden das Bild ab.
Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern eine phantastische Woche.

Tolle
Die guten Bewertungen kann ich nur unterschreiben. Es ist ein tolles abgelegnes Häuschen mit allem Komfort den man braucht. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, aber kann vor Ort eine tolle Zeit verbringen (Pool, Kicker, Tischtennis,...). Da Meer ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt und Pisa sowie Lucca sind innerhalb von 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Florenz braucht man circa 1,5h mit dem Autor. Da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, eignet es sich auch für 2 Familien oder eine größere Gruppe. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Es gibt auch eine Vorführung des vorhandenen Pizzaofens, was zu einem tollen Abend mit sehr leckeren Pizzen geführt hat. Also eine volle Weiterempfehlung!

Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde.
Für die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters mit excellentem Service= 6 Sterne.
Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig selbst Stabmixer oder Waage in der Küche; verdiente 5 Sterne.
Klimaanlage in jedemSchlafraum mit Sleepmodus sorgt für gute Nächte; hierfür 6Sterne.
Die Lage ist etwas Abseits deswegen von uns 4Sterne. Für Wanderer oder Radfahrer sicherlich bestens geeignet.
Unser Sommerurlaub war Erholung pur. Abkühlung im Pool und Sonnenbaden hier ist die Abseitige Lage positiv zu bewerten; man hat seine absolute Ruhe.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut (Pool, Kicker, Tischtennisplatte, Pizzaofen, jedes Zimmer mit Bad etc.).
Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in den Bergen. Ein Auto ust deshalb unbedingt notwendig.
Die Gatsfreundschaft des Vermieters ist außergwöhnlich.
