Description
Our inviting typical Tuscan stone house from the 17th century has been recently renovated with care and love. The well-maintained rustic decor gives the house a special flair.
On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, SAT / TV, video and DVD player, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, wood-burning oven for pizza, coffee machine for espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and various kitchen utensils and a guest toilet.
The 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 2 with single beds) upstairs are equipped with all with private shower / WC, SAT / TV, video and DVD player, mini fridge and safe.
A large outdoor area features two covered dining seats with wooden furniture and BBQ, the fenced and floodlit pool area with deck chairs, parasols, table tennis and a seating area to relax and unwind.

Migliano lies in the hills of Camaiore, a small town of the Versilia. Restaurants and mini markets are just 2 km away. Camaiore (10km) offers many shops, good restaurants and pizzerias. Furthermore, load the long beach promenade of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, with shops, bars, pizzerias to stroll and linger.

A welcome evening will be included in the price of the stay. We will accompany you to the typical Bernardone restaurant at Nocchi di Camaiore via Pertini to taste delicious typical Tuscan dishes (the restaurant can only be replaced in case of need with another equivalent at the discretion of the owner) The menu includes typical Tuscan dishes: appetizers a first course and a second house wine fresh water coffee. Please note any variations from the established basic menu are charged to the customer. bernardone restaurant visible here: expenses are included in the rent. except for cleaning of € 100 which will not be charged if the house is returned perfectly clean and tidy. in the area separate waste collection is carried out. In the event that waste is left in the house we should call a company to transport it to the landfill with costs from 100 to 200 euros that would be charged to you.
All charges are included in the rent except for the expenses for heating. Wood stove for free. Sheets and towels for 15 € per person payable in advance. Baby cot and highchair available.
The last 200 meters of access road are unpaved but easily passable by any car.

Great vacation?
If you prefer a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. The journey there was typically Italian. Narrow, winding roads, but after a day or two we had gotten used to it. Aladino and his wife are very very nice people. They welcomed us with Italian sparkling wine and delicious dessert. Communication was a bit difficult, but with a translator it worked great. The house is large and really equipped with everything you need. The large pool was also a nice change in the warm weather we had. We felt very comfortable. We would come back anytime. Thanks again!

Very nice welcome from the hosts, beautiful location, the pool was very nice - we had a great holiday.
Especially nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom, even though the showers are quite small in some cases.
We really enjoyed our time at Casa del Sole.

Only the location is a bit remote (only therefore 4 points), but nice and quiet

Tuscany, as one imagines it!
Much has already been mentioned in the previous reviews, and we can only confirm everything. There were four of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is typically Tuscan furnished and equipped and actually offers enough space for up to eight people, although it could get very "cozy" with full occupancy. Especially as a base for excursions in the area (Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, etc.), the place is very well suited and highly recommended. The wonderfully clean pool (without chlorine!) offers a great cooling off option after excursions or a day at the beach, but also invites you to spend the day completely "at home". Especially the children were hardly able to leave. The house is very idyllic and secluded, without making you feel cut off from the outside world (there is even a huge toy store in the immediate vicinity...). Only due to its very secluded (forest) location, many "guests from nature" (ants, lizards, etc.) also find their way to, sometimes even into the house. But that's just nature... ;-) Signora and Signor Bertacchi are very warm and friendly landlords who welcomed us very warmly (with champagne and Italian sweets) and were always there with help and advice when we needed them. We were also allowed to eat in the beautiful and good restaurant Bernadone together with the Bertacchis. Very delicious! Thanks again for the great vacation and the wonderful time near Camaiore! :-)

sehr willkommene Gäste. Im Haus sind alle Fenster mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet. Wir haben festgestellt, dass einige Gäste die beiden Zugangstüren zum Haus nicht lange schließen und dies zum Eindringen von Eindringlingen führen könnte, die möglicherweise vermieden werden könnten, indem man sie möglicherweise geschlossen hält. Wir werden auch spezielle Moskitonetze an den Türen anbringen, auch wenn diese den Gästen den Ein- und Ausstieg erschweren. Danke

great atmosphere, all around successful
A great house that leaves nothing to be desired.
Equally great for families with children as for couples who want to spend a romantic time.
Around 25 minutes to the city of Lucca. Excursions in the surrounding area, to the beach, or even to Pisa are easily possible.
The house leaves hardly any wish unfulfilled. Pizza oven, grill, and a nice pool complete the picture.
We had a fantastic week with 6 adults and 3 children.

I can only confirm the good reviews. It is a great secluded cottage with all the comforts you need. You definitely need a car, but you can have a great time on site (pool, foosball, table tennis, etc.). The sea is about 20 minutes away, and Pisa and Lucca can be reached within 40 minutes. It takes about 1.5 hours by car to Florence. Since each room has its own bathroom, it is also suitable for 2 families or a larger group. The landlord is very helpful and extremely friendly. There is also a demonstration of the available pizza oven, which led to a great evening with very delicious pizzas. So, a full recommendation!

We arrived as strangers and left as friends.
For the landlord's kindness with excellent service = 6 stars.
The equipment is extensive, even including a hand blender or scale in the kitchen; deserves 5 stars.
Air conditioning in each bedroom with a sleep mode ensures good nights; for this, 6 stars.
The location is slightly off the beaten path, so we give it 4 stars. Certainly very suitable for hikers or cyclists.
Our summer vacation was pure relaxation. Cooling off in the pool and sunbathing is positively valued here due to its secluded location; one can enjoy absolute peace and quiet.

The house is very well equipped (pool, foosball table, table tennis table, pizza oven, each room with a bathroom, etc.).
The house is somewhat secluded in the mountains. A car is therefore absolutely necessary.
The hospitality of the landlord is exceptional.
