Villa Alex is a bright, large, new building, ideally set in a rural area between the town of Pietrasanta and the soft & sandy Marina di Pietrasanta.it is a brand new single property surrounded by a large garden on 4 sides with a swimming pool. Precious Italian marble (travertine) on the ground floor, teak wood on the first floor, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining rooms facing the garden, veranda facing the swimming pool ready for your dinner al fresco and veranda facing the garden. large living room with TV lcd and balcony area. The garden is fenced and it is suitable both for children and pets (dogs are welcome but please ask before). The swimming pool, 9 m long, m deep, is equipped with hydro massage. Barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy your holiday. electric gate. automatic watering for garden, robot mower, internet wi fi no limit. Guests who will stay one week or more also have one house cleaning included. recently added air conditioning

Location and surroundings of object
The villa, located in a rural area, is ideally situated between the soft and sandy beach of Marina di Pietrasanta and the sparkling, magnificent, small town of Pietrasanta. The house is about 1 km from the beach and 5 km from Pietrasanta, a lovely town with dozens of restaurants, plenty of cafés and ice cream shops and very well known for its art galleries and cultural life. During summer you will find shops open every night in Versilia. the house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about km) with its long and nice "walk" connected to Viareggio's promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride with plenty of restaurants and shops. strong of marbles with its incredible luxury shops is only 5 km away.
if you like hiking, the Apuan Alps are about 30 minutes driving. While expert cyclists will enjoy the route of the Giro di Italia on the surrounding hills, families will love the bike routes in front of the beach that connects Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi and beyond.
the house is also a good starting point to visit Tuscany. Lucca with its ancient walls and its medieval charm is only 20 minutes driving from the house . Pisa and famous leaning tower are also very close (30 min driving) .Florence is about 1 hour driving as well as 5terre .
The house is 5 min driving from the famous Versilia& soft sandy beach where your children will enjoy their time playing for hours in a safe and clean environment. You can choose between bathing establishment and free beach. you'll have plenty of choice and so much fun for you and your family..
The nearest supermarket is about 800mt and it is always open, sunday included
Night-life: in Marina di Pietrasanta you have disco, cafe and many restaurants. the nearest is just 800mt from the house
The villa is close to Viareggio and its harbor where guests can rent a boat with a captain to go fishing or have a relaxing day on sailboat to live the experience of watching dolphins and cetacean. At the sail club in Marina di Pietrasanta (15 min with bike ) you can have private sailing lessons on a small sail boat, suitable for your age and level.
The nearest golf course is Alisei golf club (9 holes), which is less than 1 km far from the house; 15 min driving from the house you also have 18 holes at Forte dei Marmi Golf Club

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa vacanze più volte per due settimane. È perfettamente predisposto per piccoli e grandi gruppi. Le strutture sono eccellenti. Il mare e molte attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili. Possibilità di shopping si trovano nelle vicinanze. La piscina, la proprietà e la casa sono molto ben tenute e molto pulite. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile senza essere invadente. Poiché la proprietà è completamente recintata, è perfetta anche per gli animali domestici.
Wir waren schon mehrmals für zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist perfekt für kleine und große Gruppen eingerichtet. Die Austattung ist hervorragend. Das Meer und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Pool, Grundstück und Haus sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Da das Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist, ist es auch für Haustiere perfekt.

Absolutely awesome
All nine of us arrived to enjoy two weeks in Northern Italy. We couldn't have asked for more from the host of this property. The house was clean and all the amenities were so appreciated. The yards were private and lovely with the pool and fun for all the ages (from 5 year old to 70 year old). The house was quiet and in an ideal location. The host was very receptive and knowledgeable of the area. We have travelled a lot and this property was one of our favorites for sure. We would rent again without question. grazie!

Fantastisch!
Hele mooie villa! Groot, netjes en erg schoon. Complimenten aan de verhuurder. Erg lieve vrouw en wilde ons overal mee helpen.
Wij vonden het iets te ver lopen naar de restaurants. Tweede week fietsen gehuurd, zodat wij naar de omliggende dorpjes konden.
Twee hele fijne weken gehad en wij zouden deze villa zeker aanraden!

the perfect villa
a beautiful villa with super facilities located in a quiet spot but close to all amenities and beach. A wonderful, friendly, host who was very discreet but close by if needed. Would definitely recommend this villa for a very relaxing holiday and will certainly plan on using it again ourselves if we return to Italy

ECCELLENT
Quando si cerca una casa per le vacanze, si è consapevoli del fatto che spesso le foto non corrispondono alla realtà. Si leggono quindi tutte le informazioni inerenti a posizione, attrazioni, comodità e quant'altro
Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla situazione che ho trovato arrivando a Villa A.
Le foto pubblicate non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa e del giardino.....gli spazi risultano molto più ampi, gli arredi sono confortevoli e di buon gusto, ogni stanza è dotata di ogni confort, la cucina è uno splendore (vorrei avere la stessa a casa!) senza contare la praticità di avere un grandissimo balcone, godibilissimo durante le serate estive.
Il giardino è ben curato e dotato di una piscina molto apprezzata da grandi e piccoli.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cestino di verdure dell'orto, una meraviglia!
Se a tutto ciò si aggiungono riservatezza, gentilezza e competenza della signora B., diventa ovvio collocare questa casa-vacanze al primo posto dei luoghi che ci hanno visti ospiti.
Insomma, abbiamo trascorso vacanze bellissime e, se prenoto in fretta, spero di poter ripetere questa meravigliosa esperienza.
