Description
The quiet, fully fenced property is located directly behind the Lido di Camaiore, with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the attractive coastline nearby and offers plenty of space for max. 10 people (9 + 1) in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Pets are welcome but please specify when booking.

The living rooms of the villa are located at different levels, which are adapted to the slope of the land.
The main entrance leads into a very large living room with satellite TV (42") and dining area, with direct access to the property. Through a wide glass front can the wonderful view of the garden and pool, as well as the sea and enjoy the coastal strip.
From the equipped with every comfort kitchen there is access to the loggia, which is also the brick barbecue is.
A few steps up, you get into the reading room.
However, if it down about 10 steps, you reach the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, air conditioning, TV and a private bathroom with tub. The other two bedrooms, a double room and a 2-bed room (beds can be put together and a sofa bed can be placed) share a bathroom with shower.
Other 3 - 4 steps down there is a single room with access to the garden and a double room with bath (with tub) en suite.

On the large manicured grounds is the private swimming pool with diving board (5x12m; to m deep) and outdoor shower. Here is surrounded by sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas to relax and unwind.
On the shaded terrace you can at the BBQ to prepare meals or sit in the hammock or in the comfortable and stylish outdoor furniture Rattan style and enjoy the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

- very cosy furnishings
- everything you need was there, especially in the kitchen (appliances etc.)
- super pool with sunbeds and wicker furniture

peace and seclusion
The location is what makes the house absolutely special - the view all the way to the sea is fantastic; for that, one gladly accepts the journey; the vacation was great, unfortunately the weather was not so good.
