Surrounded by the enchanting scenery of the Versilia hills, villa Annina offers a marvelous landscape, yet within a few minutes walk from the ancient village of Camaiore.
The house, on 2 levels, offers its guests the charm of yesterday and the comfort of today, being in fact a new construction built in typical Tuscan style. The ground floor living room, kitchen, 1 big triple room with private bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower .At the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub.
The kitchen is large and bright. It is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker (in addition to the normal necessary utensils and crockery.). The tavolointerni is ideal for 8 people. The kitchen is connected wing veranda, allowing guests to dine comfortably in the garden or prepare for a real pizza in a wood oven you'll find there.
The living room, which overlooks the pool and is furnished with armchairs and a sofa and is equipped with TV and DVD player and wireless and communicates directly with the kitchen
The ground floor room is very large and airy. It is decorated in light colors and has a private bathroom with a shower. sofa bed for one and a half can be used as eighth bed

Going up a beautiful staircase in white Carrara marble come to the foreground. Here we are three room south side overlooks the pool and has a small balcony. The room mountain side is small and intimate but enjoys an enviable view. The single room is cozy and comfortable.
Definitely one of the strengths of the house is its garden in which to relax in the shade of an oak tree or by the pool immersed in the scent of aromatic plants.
The pool measures 8 meters and is meters deep and ideal for families because it has a good exposure to the sun. the poolside is equipped with deck-chairs and umbrella and small table.
Garden on 4 sides with parking for 2 cars inside has many fruit plants depending on the seasons cheer guests (cherries, peaches, blackberries, lemon). The outdoor dining area is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs and communicates with the kitchen and the wood-burning oven area placed in the veranda in front
The wood stove is equipped with everything you need to prepare pizza and bread (pans, tools for the oven, firewood)
the kitchen is equipped and functional, with tableware dishes and accessories like blender, juicer, blender braun, kitchen scale, toaster as well as an electric oven and microwave, Italian coffee maker, American coffee maker and kettle .I Also tablecloths, tablecloths and cloths the kitchen.

Location and surroundings of object
the house is located at the end of a private road owned by our family. Here the traffic does not exist! the house is still very close to the historical center of Camaiore, from its garden you can see the tower of the bell tower of the Romanesque parish church of Badia. the house is on a hill but the road to it is paved and therefore also feasible with sports car without running the risk of disappointment.
Camaiore is 20 minutes from Lucca and 40 from Pisa. Florence is about 1 hour drive away and is still accessible by bus and train (this from Viareggio). The beach is 10 minutes drive from the house.
Camaiore is a quiet and authentic tourist destination that has made excellence in the food its flagship. Also the proximity to the Apuan Alps park also allows mountain appossionati to enjoy beautiful excursions, free or guidate-

Nice place to relax.
We have been in the beautiful house for the second time. The contact with Mrs. Sarti was very quick and kind. The environment is wonderful and in the house we had a great time with the pool and the garden. We will definitely come back very soon!

Again and again!!
Very well-kept holiday home in a quiet, close-to-the-city location. We have been there several times and will keep coming back. The garden with the large pool is enclosed (fenced) and therefore ideal for a holiday with a dog. The kitchen has everything you need. Television, WiFi works perfectly. Washing machine is also available. The outdoor pizza oven is fired up every other day by us. We actually wanted to move in right away, but Alesia doesn't want to sell the house ?

Beautiful!!! Clean!! Relaxing!!
We spent a nice and relaxing week here with five people. The house is clean, comfortably furnished and has everything you need. Towels and bed linen were provided in the house, so we didn't have to bring these things with us. The garden is completely fenced, which we appreciated with our dog. We spent many hours relaxing by the very nice and well-maintained pool. The location of the house is quiet, we were able to sleep well and relax. Unfortunately, the windows do not have mosquito screens, so we had a great week with the mosquitoes.
Camaiore is a small village that still offers everything you need: cafes, shops, hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurants. We were 25 minutes away by car from the sea with a free beach. Dogs are also allowed on the beach and in the water. The landlady Alessia Sarti is a very nice, friendly and helpful woman who keeps the house in perfect condition.
If we ever go on vacation in Tuscany again, we would book this vacation home again at any time.

Fantastic villa, perfect for families
We stayed at Villa Annina for two weeks and will come back for sure! The place itself is perfect for families with kids at all ages. The pool is big enough for entire families to have fun in, while there are shallow areas for the little ones to paddle in. The outdoor space with a bbq, a wood-fired pizza oven and a large table is fantastic for long evening feasts, and the bedrooms are modern and cozy.
The location in Camaiore is also good - the city centre is just a 10-15 minute walk away, but at the same time the house is secluded and quiet. And Camaiore is a perfect example why holidays in Tuscany are always great: you're at the beach in 30 minutes, in the mountains in 15 minutes, in Lucca in 35 minutes, Pisa in 45, Florence in a good hour... there's so much to do and so much to explore, but the villa is so cozy and comfortable that staying in and spending lazy days in the garden and at the pool are equally appealing. Highly recommended!

Villa Annina
Wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr gepflegt- mit Liebe eingerichtet. Im Hintergrund die Berge und Blick auf das Tal nach Viareggio. Tolle Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und unkompliziert und spricht perfekt Englisch. Herzlichen Dank für eine traumhaft entspannte Woche!

We love this house
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Alessia's and we are sure it will not be the last. As in 2012 and 2014, the service from the hosts was excellent this year too. We are currently enjoying our last evening on the beautiful terrace. The pizza oven baked 2 x great pizzas, the available barbecue was also used. Of course, the children liked the pool best. The village of Camaiore, which has everything you need (bakery, supermarket, small shops), is about 15 minutes away on foot. The beach in Lido di Camaiore is about 20 minutes away by car.
Everything in and around the house was clean and tidy. In 2 weeks stay, the house is cleaned after one week, the towels and bed linen changed. The pool has a robot that you only have to put in in the evening and it cleans overnight
We 4 adults and 3 children felt at home right away and thank Alessia for the good service.
