Description
The detached house for up to 6 people (preferably 4 adults and 2 children because of bunk beds in the children's room) was extensively renovated in 2018 in wooden post-and-beam construction and is located on a plot of approx. 620 sqm in a quiet peripheral location,Holzmaar Str. 13, in 54531 Wallscheid. The ground floor, which is accessible via an external staircase, has the following rooms: hall, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, children's room, bathroom and utility room. A large wooden terrace of approx. 30 sqm, which can be accessed from the dining room, invites you to linger in comfort. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden. In the house you will find all the things you need for your daily needs.
Please note that the 2nd (economy) bedroom is only accessible via the other bedroom!

The municipality of Wallscheid in the district of Bernkastel-Wittlich has about 330 inhabitants and is located in the southern Eifel region and belongs to the municipality of Wittlich-Land. There are numerous excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity, such as a visit to Manderscheider Castle or the many surrounding maars.

A house to feel good in
For the fourth time we felt very comfortable in the beautiful Haus Sonnenschein.
The equipment of the very clean and lovingly furnished house is impeccable.
You can start hiking directly from the house and enjoy nature.
There are numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
We will be very happy to come back.

Super holiday home
We were in the holiday home from 18.12.21-25.12.21, it was super quiet and very nice. It was the second time we were there and Mr Berkenhoff implemented all our suggestions from the first time, which we found great. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely come back even though we now have a motorhome.

Peace and relaxation
I just wanted to have a few quiet days.
I arrived and everything was great.
The equipment and location of the house is fantastically beautiful. From the terrace you can see the Eifel region nicely. You can go on very nice bike tours from there. Everything is lovingly furnished.
I can highly recommend the holiday home.
