Description
Welcome to our lovingly redesigned holiday flat in Gerolstein. You can reach the town centre in just a few minutes on foot. Here you will find an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sports facility, tennis courts, an indoor riding arena, a railway station, a miniature golf course, the local history and natural history museum, numerous restaurants, the reservoir and the Church of the Redeemer with the Villa Sarabodis as well as many shopping markets
You can actively organise your holiday with beautiful hikes on the Eifelsteig or with great cycling tours on numerous well-developed cycle paths in the Volcanic Eifel.
However, our holiday flat is also perfect for finding peace and quiet and relaxing on our furnished terrace, which has a beautiful view.
For a relaxing stay, we offer you a cosily furnished, 80 sqm basement, non-smoking and pet-free flat with a separate entrance. The holiday flat is fully furnished and is located in a quiet residential area
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet and washing machine.
The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, in the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180x200 cm
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment
The cosy, light-flooded living room has a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The couch set can be converted into a pull-out couch bed with a size of 140 x 200 cm if required. In the living room you can enjoy the wonderful view into the distance with direct access to the furnished terrace.

Excellent holiday home
We have been here for a week and have enjoyed it.
We were received very friendly by the owners.
The view is amazing and the house is spacious.
The bed is great and it is super clean.
The kitchen is well equipped for people who like to cook themselves.
We definitely recommend this vacation home.
The area is very suitable for people who like to hike.

Perfect location, beautiful view, very kind people.
We had a wonderful holiday, were received by very friendly Heike and Jorg Hermann, and after the reception and explanation of the accommodation, we were amazed by the decoration, everything was thought of. The view from the location is truly stunning. In short, we had a perfect holiday. We are avid cyclists and there was enough space for the bikes in a separate room. Family and friends became curious after our enthusiastic stories and beautiful photos and asked us for the details of the location to also spend a holiday there in the future.

Super accommodation
We were only here for three nights, but would have loved to stay much longer.
The flat is large, bright, clean and very tastefully decorated.
The landlords are very nice and helpful. We were even picked up from the train station and given a very warm welcome.
There were fresh flowers, wine and chocolates to welcome us. Nothing was missing.
If we could, we would give more than 5 stars.
We would certainly like to come back and recommend this flat for couples who want to go hiking, cycling or just relax.

Absolutely recommendable!
We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful flat!
The flat is really absolutely recommendable, as it is perfectly equipped and really lacks nothing!!! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time very much.
The view from the terrace is outstanding. In general, Gerolstein is a beautiful place and perfect for hiking trips.
The landlords welcomed us very warmly and lovingly.
We will definitely come again!
