Barrier-Free Vacation Apartment (150 m²) for 6 Guests, Nestled in the Greenery of the Eifel-Moselle Region
Located in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel region, this four-star vacation home sits on the outskirts of the village of Oberscheidweiler. We offer four distinct vacation apartments within this property. The house is a detached structure situated on spacious grounds spanning approximately 2,500 m². From here, you enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery—the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.
This barrier-free apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and covers an area of 150 m², complete with a private balcony and terrace.
Both the balcony and terrace are furnished with outdoor seating; a few steps lead directly from here down to the large lawn.
The apartment features three double bedrooms. Children's cots and/or extra beds can be provided upon request.
Of the two bathrooms—each equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet—one features a walk-in shower as well as fold-down grab bars (TÜV-certified) next to the toilet.
The dining area can be expanded to accommodate larger groups. Ample dinnerware and kitchenware are provided within the apartment.
Pets are welcome here; however, we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted on the sofas or in the beds.
The garden, barbecue grill, iron and ironing board, foosball table, and table tennis table—as well as the washing machine and dryer—are available for shared use by all guests.
Stays of fewer than 5 nights may be possible upon request.

Perfect vacation
The family that rents out the house is very nice and accommodating! No complications, smooth process. The house itself is very beautiful, very large and spacious. A beautiful garden and lots of opportunities for playing and relaxing.

We live with our two children in the neighboring town and have always lived in the beautiful Eifel. The holiday home has been successfully rented to holiday guests by the previous owners for over 15 years. In 2018 we decided to continue this and look forward to everyone individual guest, whether small or large, who wants to experience the wonderful facets of the Eifel-Mosel region. :-)
