Description
The holiday home is located only a few metres from the beach of Lake Fleesensee. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen. Opposite the flat screen TV is the sofa set. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. The large dining table is at the rear patio door. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with WC. The upper floor is divided into the two bedrooms and the bath with bathtub and WC. In each bedroom with double bed there is a wardrobe - 2-door or 3-door - and space for a children's travel bed. The 5th and 6th guest sleeps on a fold-away guest bed (each 2.00m x 0.80m). The holiday home presented is a semi-detached house.

Location and surroundings of object
It is only 200m to the beach at Fleesensee, where you can also find the surf school. Untergöhren is a district of Göhren-Lebbin and a popular holiday resort in the Mecklenburg Lake District near the island town of Malchow. In addition to the yacht harbour and the boat and yacht rental shop located there, passenger boats set off on their steamboat trips across Lake Fleesensee and Lake Kölpin to Waren an der Müritz. There are several restaurants and cafés in Untergöhren, all within walking distance
You will find more restaurants and cafés and a variety of leisure activities at the facilities of the nearby LAND FLEESENSEE holiday park in Göhren-Lebbin. Not only on dull days will you find relaxation in the BEECH Aquafun Fleesensee leisure pool. Three different swimming pools and a water slide as well as an adjoining sauna area with four saunas await you in the water world. In the wellness world you can relax with massages, the beauty world speaks for itself. In the swimming pool and sauna you get a discount and can book various wellness treatments at a reduced rate. If you are interested in golf, squash or tennis, the Golf & Country Club Fleesensee with its offers for beginners and professionals is the right choice for you. In Göhren-Lebbin, in addition to the wellness pool, there is a bicycle rental, small shops and a grocery shop (approx. 2km), more extensive shopping can be done in the town of Malchow (approx. 10km).
