Description
The front half of the house is on the side facing Lake Fleesensee. Enjoy the view of the garden and Lake Fleesensee through large windows from the living room. Predominantly electric blinds and pleated blinds provide sun protection and privacy.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room equipped with a sofa corner, TV, dining table, a kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator. The kitchen and the bathroom on the ground floor were modernised in autumn 2019. The pictures will follow.
From the living room, two large patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and garden belonging to the flat. On the terrace you can enjoy your holiday at the table and chairs or on a sun lounger. The garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a dense hedge.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, spices, coffee and Nespresso machine. The entire ground floor including the bathroom has underfloor heating.
The staircase leads to the upper floor.
There are two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and WC.
The bedroom facing the lake is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In an alcove there is a full-size baby/toddler bed made of solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a small relaxation corner with a side table and another TV.
The windows in the bedrooms are also equipped with completely darkening external blinds, pleated blinds and one window per room with built-in insect protection. The entire first floor has laminate flooring.
A selection of literature and a game collection is available.

The little ones can also feel at home. A selection of toys is available. A wooden cot, baby bouncer, high chair and step for the bathroom can be used on request. In the utility room behind the house you will find hoovers and cleaning utensils if needed. There is also a washing machine, which you can use for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee in the village of Untergöhren. Due to the exclusive location, you have a unique and unobstructed view of Lake Fleesensee.
The road in front of the house is closed to public traffic in summer, you will receive an access card to reach the house. After crossing the road, you walk across a well-kept meadow with picnic benches and reach the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee (approx. 50 m from the house). To the left of the house is a small marina with boat rental, and about 100 m further to the right is another sandy beach with public sunbeds, a great playground, volleyball court and a cable car, as well as a water sports school with boat rental. You will find several restaurants on the beach and in the village.
Untergöhren is one of the most popular holiday regions in the "Land Fleesensee" due to its location on Lake Fleesensee and a great sandy beach. You can discover beautiful landscapes from water or land. The region's well-developed network of paths makes it ideal for leisure activities such as hiking, inline skating, cycling tours and horseback riding.
Lake Fleesensee is about five kilometres long and up to four kilometres wide. It is part of the chain of lakes between Lake Plauer See, Lake Malchower See, Lake Kölpinsee and Lake Müritz. As part of the Müritz-Elde waterway, it is navigated by boats and excursion ships. Windsurfers and sailors as well as water hikers in kayaks or canoes find good conditions off Untergöhren.
About 2.5 km away, in Göhren-Lebbin, there is a market place, a swimming pool with wellness area and several golf courses as well as restaurants. In the summer season, a free shuttle bus is available with the spa card
For day trippers, there are worthwhile destinations in the towns of Waren (Müritz), Röbel, Malchow and Plau am See. Also of interest are Blücher Castle from the 19th century, surrounded by parkland, and the fieldstone church in Poppentin from the 13th century.

Unfortunately, there is no DSL in this street area. Internet access/WLAN is therefore realised via the mobile network. Unfortunately, this brings with it restrictions in speed and available data volume. Or to put it more simply, internet and e-mail are possible, but music and video streaming are not. Those who need reliable and fast data connections even on holiday should make their own additional provisions. The LTE networks of Telekom and Vodafone can be received quite well in/around the house. O2 is hardly receivable.

Top accommodation
Unrestrictedly recommended for couples and families with 2 (up to 3) children. Top location by the lake with playgrounds, sunbathing area, bathing spot. No public car traffic. Fully equipped, cozy, appealing rooms, perfect bathroom. Protected parking space for car and bicycles right by the house, excellent starting point for bike tours around the lakes and through the hinterland.

Short holiday at Fleesensee
A very nice holiday home with a really direct view to the beach and playground! We felt almost at home! We were able to leave our car behind and only travelled by bike! The next bigger town Malchow can be reached in about 20 minutes by bike through beautiful countryside without many roads! But also on site you can find great recreation and there is something to eat for every budget!
We can highly recommend the house and the surrounding area!

Very nice landlords. Contactless key delivery via safe and therefore flexible in terms of time. Whg fully equipped, even music system, complete game collection, dishwasher tabs, salt + spices, children's toys, instructions for everything (cooker, for example) and small gifts such as jam. Restaurant and snack bar almost in front of the house +playgrounds +play meadows. You can walk 100m into the lake, perfect for kids or to play volleyball/frisbee. Bakery delivers or is at the entrance to the village (200m), not cheap but practical.

Great break.
We had a wonderful holiday at Fleesensee. The Strandnest has everything you could wish for. We had great weather, but even in the rain, there is enough space to stay inside. The lake with the large meadow is perfect for children, the older ones can play volleyball or table tennis or take a course at the water sports school. This worked out really well even at short notice. The surroundings offer beautiful excursions - also by bike. We will definitely come back - for us it was a perfect break from the loud and hectic capital city!

It was very nice.
We had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable. The location of the holiday home is simply unbeatable. There are 3 playgrounds in close proximity and the beach is also right in front of the door. It doesn't get any better. Absolutely recommendable.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Familien
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Unsere Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre) waren sehr glücklich mit dem Spielplatz und dem See direkt vor der Tür. Ausflugziele gibt es auch zu genügend, die in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben gleich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, als wir Fragen nach Ausflugszielen hatten.
Im Haus findet man alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles ist super sauber und neuwertig. Die Lage ist perfekt, von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Der Service durch die Vermieter ist wunderbar, für jede Frage die sich einem Gast eventuell stellt findet man einen Hinweis, sei es zum Thema Sehenswürdigkeiten, Brötchenlieferservice oder Müllentsorgung. Auch die Hausübergabe mittels Hinterlegung des Schlüssels ist sehr angenehm, da man so im Falle von Staus oder anderen Verzögerungen eine Anreise auch problemlos zu später Stunde möglich ist. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Das Haus ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super es fehlte an nichts. Mann kann das Ferienhaus nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Der Ausblick aus allem !! Zimmern zum See ist fantastisch und der kurze Weg nur über den Fußweg vorm Grundstück zum Strand - einfach super und eine ganz nette Vermieter Familie. Wir kommen wieder egal zu welcher Jahreszeit.

Super schönes Ferienhaus !
Uns hat es super gut gefallen im Strandhaus am Fleesensee! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist wirklich (!) sauber und wie neu.
Man hat sowohl vom riesigen Wohnzimmerfenster, als auch vom Schlafzimmer einen herrlichen Blick auf den sehr nah gelegenen See!
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den Ferienalltag braucht ( inkl. Elektronischer Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten für Abends )
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die diversen Freizeitangebote in dem Feriengebiet rund um den Fleesensee und auch darüber hinaus - man kann dort problemlos zwei Wochen verbringen und jeden Tag etwas anderes unternehmen.
Es gibt noch zig weitere Pluspunkte des Ferienhauses, aber um es kurz zu machen : wir vergeben volle Punktzahl und empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem weiter !
