We were allowed to be guests in the delightful gem "Foresta" in Göhren-Lebbin at Fleesensee - a place to feel good, relax, and stay longer.

The holiday home is well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell how much heart and soul has been invested here. We truly lacked for NOTHING, and our stay was particularly pleasant and relaxing. We were also thrilled by the surroundings: We were able to play both golf courses and were enchanted by the beautiful natural experience around Lake Fleesensee. The splendid flora and fauna, as well as the tranquility of the landscape, make this place something truly special.

Thank you for these wonderful days in a dreamlike setting and for allowing us to enjoy this little gem. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday apartment. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped – we lacked nothing. The location is ideal: very close to the lake and right in front of a playground, which was perfect for our children. Which sights are there at Fleesensee?

The monastery is one of the biggest attractions. In 1298, the Order of Penitents of Saint Mary Magdalene from Neu Röbel was given a building to establish the monastery. Over time, the ensemble expanded more and more. In 1972, Gertrud von Lücken, the last domina, died and was buried in the monastery cemetery. The monastery church also belongs to the monastery, as does the Engelsche Garden. The church is a very striking brick building. The interior of the church is spanned by ribbed vaults. Since 1997, the church has been owned by the city of Malchow. Since then, it has served as an exhibition space for the Mecklenburg Organ Museum. You should also take a look at the town church. The Müritz National Park covers an area of 320 square kilometers, making it the largest terrestrial national park in Germany. The park is covered three-quarters by forests. The Malchow swing bridge connects the island to the western mainland. After numerous destructions and rebuilds, the bridge was last renovated in 2012/13. The structure is about 15 meters long and opens on the hour to allow ships to pass on the Müritz-Elde waterway. The Malchow city harbor is located directly on the right bank of the Müritz-Elde waterway. Definitely worth a leisurely stroll!

The island town of Malchow and the Mecklenburg Lake District are perfect for a vacation with the whole family or with children - including pets. The summer toboggan run stretches over a length of 800 meters - with seven steep curves and six chicanes right in the middle of the monkey forest. A drag lift takes you up the 30 meters. 44 sleds are available for single and double sleds. Experience a theater spectacle at the Müritz with your children! In the summer, the Müritz Saga is on the program at the open-air stage in Waren. Adventurous stories full of action, humor, and love are performed - with themes from the history of the region. Just a few minutes' walk from the historic city center, the magnificent setting of the open-air stage on the Mühlenberg awaits.
