Description
The comfortable semi-detached house is located directly on the beach of Lake Fleesensee. The flat is located in the rear half of the house. Each half of the house has a separate entrance and terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa corner, TV, dining table, kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. Predominantly electric blinds and pleated blinds provide sun protection and privacy. From the living room, two large patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and garden belonging to the flat. On the terrace you can enjoy your holiday at the table and chairs or on a sun lounger. The garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a dense hedge. The terrace faces west and has sun from midday in summer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee and Nespresso machine.
The entire ground floor including the bathroom has underfloor heating.
The staircase leads to the upper floor.
There you will find two comfortably furnished bedrooms and another daylight bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
The bedroom facing the lake is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In an alcove there is a full-size baby/toddler bed made of solid wood.
The second bedroom has two single beds (80cm + 90cm wide), bedside table, wardrobe and a small relaxation corner with side table. The windows in the bedrooms are also equipped with completely darkening external blinds, pleated blinds and one window per room with built-in insect protection. The entire first floor has laminate flooring.

Even the little ones can feel at home. A selection of toys is available. A wooden cot, baby bouncer, high chair and step for the bathroom can be used on request. The flat is equipped with a staircase safety door/child safety door (the door remains open when not in use, of course). In the utility room (behind the house with separate access) there is a hoover and utensils. There is also a washing machine, which you can use for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee in the village of Untergöhren. Due to the exclusive location, you have a unique and unobstructed view of Lake Fleesensee.
The road in front of the house is closed to general traffic in summer, you will receive an access card to reach the house. After crossing the road, you walk across a well-kept meadow with picnic benches and reach the great sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee (approx. 50 m from the house). To the left of the house is a small marina, and about 100 m further to the right is another sandy beach with public sunbeds, a great playground, volleyball court and a ropeway, as well as a water sports school with boat rental. You will find several restaurants on the beach and in the village.
Untergöhren is one of the most popular holiday regions in the "Land Fleesensee" due to its location on Lake Fleesensee and a great sandy beach. You can discover beautiful landscapes from water or land. The region is ideally suited for leisure activities such as hiking, inline skating, cycling tours and horseback riding thanks to a very well-developed network of paths.
Lake Fleesensee is about five kilometres long and up to four kilometres wide. It is part of the chain of lakes between Lake Plauer See, Lake Malchower See, Lake Kölpinsee and Lake Müritz. As part of the Müritz-Elde waterway, it is navigated by boats and excursion ships. Windsurfers and sailors as well as water hikers in kayaks or canoes find good conditions off Untergöhren.
About 2.5 km away, in Göhren-Lebbin, there is a market place, a swimming pool with wellness area and several golf courses as well as restaurants. In the summer season, a free shuttle bus is available with the spa card.
For day trippers, there are worthwhile destinations in the towns of Waren (Müritz), Röbel, Malchow and Plau am See. Also of interest are Blücher Castle from the 19th century, surrounded by parkland, and the fieldstone church in Poppentin from the 13th century.

Unfortunately, there is no DSL in this street area. Internet access/WLAN is therefore realised via the mobile network. Unfortunately, this brings with it limitations in speed, reliability and available data volume. Or to put it more simply, internet and e-mail are usually possible, but music, video streaming and downloads tend not to be. Those who need reliable and fast data connections even on holiday should make their own additional provisions. The LTE networks of Telekom and Vodafone can be received quite well in/around the house. O2 is hardly receivable.

Holiday paradise
A vacation at Fleesensee has something to offer for everyone. We had the best weather. Fishing, boating, golfing, and much more are great opportunities there. The vacation home impresses with its wonderful location, cleanliness, and good furnishings. The contact with the landlords was very friendly, and everything went absolutely smoothly. Very beautiful holiday apartment directly at Fleesensee.
We were already for the third time in this great apartment. Our children are always looking forward to the toys and the large playground in front of the house. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. Especially for families with children, this vacation rental is perfect. The location right on Lake Fleesensee is ideal for swimming.

The holiday home corresponds to the description and is really great. We felt very comfortable with our two children. The holiday home is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with everything you need. The direct connection to Fleesensee and the various leisure activities made the holiday very uncomplicated and entertaining.

Perfect holiday home for a family vacation.
A beautiful, spacious, very clean house, equipped with everything a family needs - we felt completely comfortable. The great playground (almost a small climbing park!), which is located just a stone's throw from the house, as well as the bathing beach, was the cherry on top. Many thanks to the Kühnel family, also for the very friendly communication and detailed information. Unfortunately, the weather didn't always play along during our vacation, but luckily the Fleesensee region has something to offer for all weather conditions ;-) Our unrestricted recommendation for this holiday region, especially for this beautiful holiday house! Feeling at home on vacation!
For the second time, we spent our family vacation in this great holiday home... and just like the first time, we were totally thrilled (despite Corona restrictions). The entire house is not only clean, but also extremely stylishly furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. Even the little ones are taken care of - our children always had a lot of fun! Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung
We had a great time here. Everything is available, especially suitable for families with young children. Play areas and a mud pit are right in front of the house. Our girls were already too old for that :-)
The landlords were able to quickly help from a distance when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

Ein toller Familienurlaub
We spent two wonderful weeks at Fleesensee. The vacation rental is great. Everything was there, even for our baby. The location near the beach with the playground and a mud track was fantastic. There was also plenty of toys in the house... a great way to pass the time, especially during a rain shower. Communication with the landlords was excellent. Many thanks.

Lovely house by the lake
We had 4 wonderful days at Fleesensee. We really liked the semi-detached house, communication with the owners went smoothly, we would highly recommend the accommodation. There was enough space for all of us. The playground across the street was great for the kids, but there was also no shortage of toys and games in the house. We will definitely come back to Fleesensee!

Beautiful time at Lake Fleesensee
We were able to enjoy the tranquility, the fresh air, and the wonderful weather at Fleesensee and simply forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The holiday apartment was excellently equipped. We enjoyed the evenings while grilling on the terrace, and our daughter had plenty of new things to discover. The area and the house are well suited for a holiday with children. Baby and toddler equipment such as high chair, baby bed, stair gate, toys, dishes, pedal tractor, etc., are all available. We will gladly come again.

Holiday home at Fleesensee
A super perfect apartment. We had the back half of the house, were two people and that was just perfect. The house was right on the lake, simply fantastic. In the surrounding area, there was plenty to do, perfect for children and adults. The carport was a bit tight, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Clean, tidy, and well furnished.

Nice family and unique location
I spent a week with three friends of mine (21 to 22 years old) at Fleesensee in the beach house. We stayed in the back of the two semi-detached houses. Upon entering, we felt comfortable: it was clean, well-ventilated, and nothing seemed out of place. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses soft, and the floor clean. The cabinets were neatly stocked with cutlery and other kitchen utensils (by the way, for more than just 4 people!) and the couch was inviting for relaxation. Adjacent to the living room is a bright bathroom with a shower and a window (insect protection). Going up the easily climbable stairs, you reach a hallway with three rooms. A room with a large double bed and a crib in the corner, a twin room, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink are located on the first floor. There is plenty of space on the floor everywhere to live out of a suitcase or in the closets, as desired. The lakefront location allows for a short walk on the beach even in bad weather. Located 50m from the vacation house is the popular beach bar, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or hearty BBQ depending on the time of day, and they also offer a Happy Hour for cocktail drinkers. Here you can rent pedal boats or other sports boats and spend the day on the lake. If you walk along the promenade in the other direction, you will reach a larger beach and have the opportunity to rent surfboards or catamarans. A fully functioning barbecue is located behind the house and invites you to feast. The key handover was done flawlessly through a key box. All technology in the house is self-explanatory, and there is a user manual for each device.
Conclusion:
Great location by the lake, great house, great price, great vacation.
