Perfect vacation

With this accommodation, everything is simply perfect! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. There is really everything: dishes, cutlery, and glasses in large quantities, so you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Sharp (!) knives and even scissors are available, plenty of pots, bowls, even two hand mixers... Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The bedrooms are very well equipped, and there are air conditioners in all rooms as well as in the large living/dining area. There were also more than enough towels, even extra ones for the pool. A washing machine is available, so not too much luggage needs to be brought. The pool is sufficiently large - we had enough space and a lot of fun in it with five people! Additionally, the pool is cleaned and checked twice a week, which gives an extra good feeling. In the outdoor area, there are a total of three sections, each offering enough space for communal dining - and one can always find a sunny or shady spot depending on preference.
The location is also perfect. The paths to large supermarkets, restaurants, and beautiful beaches are relatively short (10 - 30 minutes, depending on where you want to go). It takes about an hour to drive to Opatija, which is definitely worth doing. The city is really very pretty and Austrian history is to be discovered everywhere.
There are also public transport options nearby, but we didn't try them, so I can't say anything about that.
The landlords are very friendly - they welcomed us very warmly and showed and explained everything. For questions, they were always reachable and offered their help.
The vacation was really very nice, we can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location

We stayed in this holiday home with four adults and a dog and felt extremely comfortable. The very well-maintained property is almost completely fenced. Only the stairs/entrance at the parking space is open, but it can be closed with simple means (we stretched a net). On the right side, there is a dense hedge. On the left side, there is a wall (about 30 - 50cm) high. All these boundaries are sufficient for our dog (48cm tall) as a natural barrier. Pool with five sun loungers, three large sun umbrellas, covered barbecue area (not rainproof) and the lounge area made our stay more than cozy. The air-conditioned interiors were only used for meal preparation and sleeping, providing a pleasant balance even during tropical nights.

Only the ground floor with the two apartments is rented out. The upper floor is uninhabited. The location is very quiet and when the main road through Presika is finished being renovated, it will probably be even quieter. It is about 1.6 km to the old town of Labin.

Patricia and Igor are very nice hosts and take loving care of their guests. We liked these two, the house, and the property so much that we would love to come back.

We were two families in the house.
Everything is available in the house. The kitchen is well equipped. Our wishes were addressed immediately.
The pool is a great size. There is air conditioning in every room, which was a luxury for us. A house to fall in love with.
Very nice landlord. We would highly recommend the house!!!
