Only 2,5 km away from the nearest beach, in a quiet place with 920 m2 private environment. The city of Labin is only a few minutes away by car, and there are forests and meadows all around. Villa Flavia consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 120 m2 covered area, with a capacity for 9 people. Just a few steps from the entrance there is a pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The evenings at the pool with a delicious barbecue meal will make your holiday come true. The sea, secluded beaches and a cozy small wind make you feel relaxed while you swim or sunbathe.
The villa is divided into two separate apartments that can be used as a whole. There are many parking places on the property

Labin is based in the place of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist centre of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors. Enjoy also in Istrian taverns with different oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Relaxing vacation
We had a relaxing vacation in this beautiful, very quiet house. We felt very comfortable in the beautifully landscaped garden with pool. The house is very well maintained and clean, the beds comfortable.
The landlord is very nice and helpful (thanks again for the delicious wine).
The historic town center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. It only takes a few minutes by car to get to the sea.

Dream house with a dream location
The house is beautiful, the garden, the location, everything is perfect! The landlords are very nice and helpful. We can recommend this house 100 percent. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely come back!
