Only 5 km from Labin and its excellent restaurants and entertainment, in the village of Marceljani is a beautiful villa Maja (140 m2). In the fully fenced garden there is a large swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers and a pool house. Ideal conditions to enjoy beautiful hot days. The house is on two levels: In the basement there is a studio apartment with a sofa bed for two people, a small kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a pantry and a large bathroom. In the first room there is a large bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, in the second room there is a bed measuring 80 x 200 cm and in the third room there are two bunk beds with single beds (80 x 200 cm). The environment is very quiet and you can really relax. Here you, your family and your pets will feel like newborn and relaxed.
