Location and surroundings of object
Zartinj is a small village on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. Around the village there is only green Mediterranean nature. Wonderful beaches and brilliant sea are only 15-20 minutes away.
Labin, the cultural and gastronomic jewel of Istria, is only a short drive away. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors
All the other sights are easily accessible by the Istrian motorway.

Beautiful house, quiet location
Very nice house, great location, completely fenced in, very well equipped, great landlord, very friendly, if there were any problems, they were quickly resolved, we will most likely spend our vacation there again next year, greetings to our landlord Mr. Brajkovic, looking forward to seeing him again.

Absolut zu empfehlen!
Ein super schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt!
Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben! Auch Dank der netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber!
Volle, liebevolle und moderne Ausstattung, draussen wie drinnen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Mehr geht nicht :))
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen! In der Nähe (10 Minuten Fahrtzeit), in Labin, bekommt man alles, was man benötigt.

Super schöner Urlaub- sehr empfehlenswert
Wir durften eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Hier fehlt es einem an wirklich gar nichts. Neben den drei angegebenen Bädern gibt es sogar noch zwei weitere Toiletten. Eine im Haus und eine neben dem Fitnessraum außen. Das ganze Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man kommt herein und fühlt sich wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig und man hat nur einen einzigen angrenzenden Nachbarn. Die Außenküche ist ein Traum. Gerne kommen wir wieder und bedanken uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Ein toller Urlaub mit Hund!
Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Urlaub, zusammen mit unseren beiden Hunden, in der schönen Villa Brigita verbracht. Alles war wirklich top und genau so, wie es auch auf den Bildern aussieht.
Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das komplett ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen
Das Haus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Labin (ca. 10 min. Fahrt), was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, da wir es eher ruhiger wollten.
Herrlich um in Ruhe auszuspannen.
In Labin findet man alles was man braucht. Supermärkte, Tierarzt, Bäckerei, Drogeriemarkt, tolle Restaurants etc.
Auch sollte man unbedingt den einheimischen Fisch- und Gemüsemarkt besuchen. Frischer geht es definitiv nicht.
Ansonsten hat die Umgebung Labin/Rabac einiges an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu bieten, z. B. die Altstadt Labin, mit einigen kleinen netten Läden, die Rabac-Promenade, sowie die Dörfer Ravni und Trget (dort unbedingt die Konoba Nando besuchen, die sehr leckeres Essen anbietet).
Auch der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Hierfür nochmal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Sie, lieber Valdi.
Für uns war es jedenfalls ein wunderschöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder
