This beautifully restored farmhouse is in harmony with the traditional and modern architecture of Istria, completely restored and restored
to the modern lifestyle.
3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, beautiful large garden, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. The house is on an area of 6000 square meters, 7 km from the sea and near Rabac, where there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. It's completely walled off

Šumber is a small village just 7 km from Labin and a 15 minute drive to Rabac and its seductive pebble beaches.

The nearest town is Labin. Built on a hill, with a rich and splendid history. They'll be equipped with underground tunnels

One of the most beautiful parts of Villa Giovanna is the elegantly landscaped park, where you can admire the beauty of Mediterranean plants, flowers and trees
enjoy it. Some trees are a few hundred years old, and they provide plenty of shade in the hot summer days. In the immediate vicinity of the
Villa there is a hiking trail that goes around the villa, ideal for short walks or jogging. This villa is located in a small
istrian village Sumber, which is known for its wealth of untouched nature and wine (Šumberski Teran).

At a distance of three kilometers from the house, in a small village St Nedeja, there are several restaurants, a shop, and
