The well-kept lawn, amazingly decorated and safe for children is hidden from all views. The large swimming pool is surrounded by high quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Above the pool there is a lounge terrace with a fireplace, which provides access to the sauna.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which are divided into the left and right part of the stone house, each with a living room and a kitchen. The inside of the house is air-conditioned and free WLAN is available.

Labin is based in the place of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist centre of Rabac 5 km. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors.
