The newly built Villa Mediterranea is located in the Istrian village of Vinež, only 7 km from Rabac, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The swimming pool, deckchairs, table and grill are located in the fenced garden.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected in a large open space. Everything is on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms
The interior of the house as well as the exterior are well thought out and leave nothing to be desired.

The village of Vinež is situated on the east coast of Istria, 2 km from Labin.
In Labin there are three supermarkets, two petrol stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old
Town centre and a magnificent view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

It was perfect all around!
We had a very nice vacation and were able to relax very well. The house was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The hosts were particularly warm and always available, we would come back anytime!!!!!

Geweldig huis
Wat een mooi, compleet ingericht , huis en wat een groot, geweldig zwembad. Alles was zo netjes en zo schoon, echt top. We hadden een hele warme week, dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het prachtige zwembad. De bedden waren heerlijk, met op iedere kamer aparte airco. 3 hele mooie badkamers. Supermarkt heel dichtbij. Eten konden we zelfs laten bezorgen en veel restaurants dichtbij. Echt een aanrader dit huis!

Simply perfect
We stayed here for 2 weeks in June 2022. The landlords Nadja and Robert are super friendly and help you immediately if you have small problems. The holiday home is exactly as described. Everything is tip-top clean and beautifully furnished. Ideal for relaxing and recovering. We can recommend the house 100% and will gladly come again.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen gleich daneben und sind da wenn man etwas braucht. Man konnte sich in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl fühlen und sich gut erholen.

Sehr schöne Villa
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts, und die Vermieter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle.
Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen 2021 wieder :-)

Das Haus ist einfach super!
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Beide Zimmer haben Bad und sind sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Haus besitzt einen sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten, Terrasse, einen großen und sauberen Pool und Sonnenliegen. Nadja und Robert sind super nette und hilfsbereite Menschen, sie waren immer erreichbar und bei allen Anliegen für uns da. Das Ferienhaus kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Alles Top
Es war ein super Urlaub in einem sehr tollen Haus, wo es an nichts fehlte.
Das Haus und der Pool sind einfach ein Traum!
Nadja und Robert sind sehr nett und haben immer ein offenes Ohr, falls mal etwas benötigt werden sollte. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der näheren Umgebung und in weniger als 5 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Alles in allem also sehr zu empfehlen!!

Sehr schöne Sommerurlaub
Wir waren eine Woche in Juli in der Villa mit 7 Personen und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war immer genug Platz für alle da. Nadja und Robert waren sehr nett und immer bereit uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Villa in sich kann man als perfekt bezeichnen, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Kinder waren begeistert von dem großen Pool und viel Platz außerhalb - Grundstück neben an, wo wir Volleyball gespielt haben. Wir werden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Traumhafte Villa und sehr liebe Vermieter
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern genauso eingerichtet. Der Pool ist zur Alleinnutzung und das Grundstück ist eingezäunt was ideal war mit Hund. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Outdoorküche. Es hat an nix gefehlt!
Die Villa ist ca. 4 km vom Meer entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
