We wish you a warm welcome to Istria and Villa Leana!
In a house of 80 m2 and a garden of over 400 m2 you will enjoy freedom and pure tranquility.
The air-conditioned first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, an entrance hall and a bathroom
The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
In total, there is room for five guests. The interior of the house is simple, modern and you have everything you need from the equipment.
On hot summer days, under the warm sun, you will find true relaxation in this villa full of Istrian charm!

| The price includes: House cleaning on arrival and departure, laundry service (bed linen once a week, towels twice a week), gas, water, electricity, wifi, tourist tax. Deposit of 25% of the total rental booking is required at the time of confirmation. A deposit of 300 euros is required, which will be returned at departure if there are no damages to the property. |
Cancellation terms:
- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

A dreamy vacation!
The house and interior are just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and we had a really great vacation at Villa Leana. You immediately feel at home and the vacation begins when you drive onto the property. The welcome and all communication with the landlords was great and uncomplicated. Upon arrival, a lovely surprise awaited us in the fridge. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and made extensive use of the pool. The pool is in the sun until late afternoon, which was perfect for the end of May. Everything was there that you need for a nice vacation. Of course, not as much kitchen equipment as you have at home, but enough to cook well. We also used the grill, of course. A car is necessary, but you are really quickly at the supermarket or in Rabac by the sea. We'll be back! Thank you!

Great villa
We were welcomed very warmly and introduced to the house and the great pool. As a welcome, there was a very delicious snack, raw ham, cheese, bread, and drinks. Absolutely great. The house is very modern and offers enough space. The mattresses are a bit hard, but my wife and I find that great - we slept very well. The air conditioning works and cools the villa accordingly. The heart of it is the very large and just great pool. We enjoyed it every day!
The house is designed for five people, so for a larger family or for two couples who get along well - there is only one bathroom. You should be well organized there!
We can only recommend the villa and will come back if possible.

Traumhaus zum Verlieben
Besser gehts nicht!!
Ein wunderschönes neues und sehr sauberes Haus.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und im Kühlschrank wartete bereits Schinken, Käse und Wein auf uns.
Es wurde auch öfters nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Der Pool wurde auch jeden dritten Tag gereinigt.
Ein rundherum wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen und voll ausgestatteten Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Unbedingt zum Weiterempfehlen!
