We wish you a warm welcome to Istria and Villa Leana!
In a house of 80 m2 and a garden of over 400 m2 you will enjoy freedom and pure tranquility.
The air-conditioned first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, an entrance hall and a bathroom
The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
In total, there is room for five guests. The interior of the house is simple, modern and you have everything you need from the equipment.
On hot summer days, under the warm sun, you will find true relaxation in this villa full of Istrian charm!

Dream house with pool
Booking:
From inquiry to arrival, everything went smoothly.
Very nice reception with a local snack and wine.
Karlo and his family, who run the house, are very friendly and attentive and always available.
House:
Not far from the town of Labin and the town of Rabac (by the sea) is Villa Leana.
The first glance towards the house will make your heart beat faster.
A mixture of old and new, lots of natural stone and wood.
Pictures from the advertisement are realistic, no need to say more.
Everything is very well-kept and cleaned, you have the feeling of moving in for the first time.
We can only thank you for the most beautiful holiday in Croatia, even though we have visited different accommodations for years.

A dreamy vacation!
The house and interior are just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and we had a really great vacation at Villa Leana. You immediately feel at home and the vacation begins when you drive onto the property. The welcome and all communication with the landlords was great and uncomplicated. Upon arrival, a lovely surprise awaited us in the fridge. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and made extensive use of the pool. The pool is in the sun until late afternoon, which was perfect for the end of May. Everything was there that you need for a nice vacation. Of course, not as much kitchen equipment as you have at home, but enough to cook well. We also used the grill, of course. A car is necessary, but you are really quickly at the supermarket or in Rabac by the sea. We'll be back! Thank you!

Great villa
We were welcomed very warmly and introduced to the house and the great pool. As a welcome, there was a very delicious snack, raw ham, cheese, bread, and drinks. Absolutely great. The house is very modern and offers enough space. The mattresses are a bit hard, but my wife and I find that great - we slept very well. The air conditioning works and cools the villa accordingly. The heart of it is the very large and just great pool. We enjoyed it every day!
The house is designed for five people, so for a larger family or for two couples who get along well - there is only one bathroom. You should be well organized there!
We can only recommend the villa and will come back if possible.

Dream house to fall in love with
Better doesn't get!
A beautiful new and very clean house.
We were warmly welcomed and there was already ham, cheese, and wine waiting for us in the fridge.
We were also often asked if we needed anything. The pool was cleaned every third day.
A completely beautiful vacation in a wonderful and fully equipped house. We lacked for nothing. Definitely a must recommend!

Beautiful house
Beautiful house, peace, silence. It has everything you need, well equipped. Close to Labin (5 min by car). Highly recommended.
