In the middle of a beautifully maintained property stands Villa Jordan with room for 6 guests.
The 350 m2 property is equipped with a free-standing pool, built-in barbecue and plenty of recreational facilities for children.
The renovated Istrian house is spacious and well designed: on the ground floor there is a living and dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. The interior is air-conditioned, with air conditioners on each floor.
Beautiful house and nice fenced garden in beautiful Istria.

In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old town center and a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay
Beaches in Rabac is located 6 km from the villa.

- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Highly recommended come again
The holiday home is furnished with a lot of love and fully equipped. It was very clean and the welcome was very lovely. We felt very comfortable here. The pool and the garden are pure relaxation! In the evening, the garden is very tastefully illuminated and you can end the day with a glass of wine without mosquitoes. We would like to thank Barbara and Vlado for their warm hospitality. We will definitely come again. Kind regards Tamara, Petra, Axel and the four-legged friends.

Great house pure relaxation
We can recommend the house, it is very quiet there, no car traffic, pure nature. The Skabic family was super friendly, helpful, and always reachable. Very warm-hearted landlords.

wonderful vacation
The 14 days in the holiday house were wonderful. The landlords are super nice, very attentive to the well-being of the guests, and always approachable. The villa is lovingly furnished and very clean. We can highly recommend it. We will be back.

ein Fach ein toller Urlaub
Die Ankunft wahr ein wenig schwierig aber ,Fr Barbara kam zu Hilfe ....das wahr super.
Das Haus wahr ein Traum und es wahr auch Geschmacksvoll eingerichtet alles sauber und der Pool super.
Ganz in der nähe gibt es ein Kaufhaus ,Kaffeehaus ,Post, Bankomat und ein nettes Restaurant. Und zum Strand mit dem Auto ca.10-15 min. Meine Schwester und Ich mein Enkel Justin wahren die ersten Die im Haus Urlaub machten es wahr toll und fanden sehr viel spaß und ruhe.
Ich Möchte mich bei Fr. Barbara bedanken für den Grill Abend mit deiner Familie und denn guten Wein es wahr sehr schön. Komme Nächstes Jahr wider.
