Relaxing in the shade, sunbathing by the pool, barbecues, long breakfast, a quiet area and only 5 minutes from the beach.
Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, practical parasols, comfortable deck chairs, a lot of green, and it is safe for children. There is plenty of room for parking on the property.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, spices and utensils. There are many large windows which give lots of light inside. The rooms are
quiet, and have a look at the fresh and green nature. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and a comfortable chair.
The area is quiet, who are in the morning fresh and sunny, and the evenings quiet and romantic.
There are many good restaurants in the area, and the beaches have clean and clear sea.

Villa Teodora is surrounded by nature in a newly built, quiet village Presika.
From the town of Labin, where supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station, located, is only 3 km.
Villa Teodora is an excellent starting point for trips around Istria, visit wine roads, olive groves, medieval towns.
In the summer in Istria, are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs in which you can enjoy.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. Distance from the sea is 3 km from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km away. On the hill is the old cobbled street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town with countless galleries and studios of local artists who filled to keep the legacy of their ancestors. You can also enjoy in Istrian taverns with various oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und einem tollen Pool.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt.

Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen im Villa Teodora.. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten die absolute Ruhe dort genossen, fernab vom Massentourismus und Trubel! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Mieter bedacht und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, war Maurizio sofort da und hat geholfen. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder dorthin fahren und freuen uns schon jetzt auf Istrien. Ein rundum erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir sagen DANKE!

We highly recommend it (Family Torba)
The house is very clean and just like in the description of even better. The owners are very nice and friendly they also help if there are any problems. When you arrive they tell you a lot about the city. If we ever visit Croatia again we will use this accommodation again. We really highly recommend it.

beautiful, quietly situated pool house
Very nice and spacious house with a large garden and a great pool. At the end of the street, very quiet, garden and pool not visible
The house is well equipped, only the kitchen area (cutlery) and the router (range) could be improved on occasion. But that is complaining on a high level.
TOP service from the landlords - welcome basket, change of linen, always available for questions, small farewell gift (homemade schnapps - super tasty)
We were there with 4 people and 2 dogs. Great weather! Tip for dog owners, the dogs should already hear "well" as the property is not 100% escape-proof and there are various local dogs living in the neighbourhood.....
All in all, highly recommended.

Very nice house in wonderful surroundings
A very clean, large house in a quiet environment, perfectly equipped, with a beautiful large garden, not visible from the street (dead end). Due to the weather, we were not able to use the very well-maintained large pool very much, but we made many excursions into the surrounding countryside, which was interesting from both a scenic and cultural point of view. The beach is also just a few minutes away by car. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, e.g. by text message, they get back to you very quickly. Unfortunately, only partly suitable for a holiday with a dog, because the garden is not completely enclosed, but for families or couples it can be recommended without reservation.

Great summer holiday
Villa Teodora is a very nice and clean house for a quiet holiday with children and/or dogs. The welcome and care were very friendly and familiar. One felt at home. A car is definitely necessary. Then bathing and shopping possibilities are reachable in a few minutes. The pool is large and very well maintained.
I will gladly stay here again.
